It was really unpleasant check in experience with Marie. Her gesture and tone was so rude. It would be nicer if you have nice person at the front.

We stayed on the new side, which was modern and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. One flaw was that there was no air conditioning.

Fin terrass och välstädat rum. Då det var väldigt varmt i Italien hade rummet behövt haft aircondition nu behövde man sova med öppna dörrar och det var liv utanför på gågatan både kväll samt tidig morgon (från 5.30 då sopbilar m.m. drog igång) Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam receptionist och fint läge med trevlig utsikt och härlig jacuzzi. Men väldigt dyrt boende i jämförelse med andra orter. Det saknades en del köksutrustning ex diskborste, diskmedel m.m.

Amazing staff, Marie was so incredibly helpful with suggestions and communication. Such a great experience all round and the location is perfect for everything you would want to do

Very spacious and nice room. We chose the room with private sauna which is perfect. It is exactly what you see in the photos. The flowers and plants in the balcony are well-maintained and it's delightful to get some fresh air out there. Nice and cozy! We just used the kitchen a bit to warm up some simple food, but note that there is no range hoods so it may not be a good idea to cook something with strong smell or fry a steak. Overall it was everything we want. We'll stay again when we visit Ortisei next time!

Will highly recommend if open Mountain View not a ‘must’, We had excellent time for 3 nights. 1. Location: Excellent location in center of Ortisei pedestrian shopping area, minutes to Gondola, supermarket located underground right opposite but the area never felt too busy or noisy, 2.Convenient Parking: Located within pedestrian but allowed to drive slowly to indoor secured parking adjacent to hotel with may be a dozen spacious parking spaces (3 with EV level 2 charging). Make sure you make reservation as there was no unoccupied parking spaces during our stay in September. 3. Charming building and well equipped room with kitchen area: We stayed in the charming old wing in renovated room with beautiful balcony, glass enclosed sauna and well equipped kitchen. Will be fantastic for family after skiing in a few months. Our room has plenty of room 4 with comfortable bed for all.

The place was super clean and modern! The receptionist was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Fantastic location - easy access to cable cars etc…

We got lucky. We found it online and it was excellent. In the center of town, walkable to both Gondola’s w ski boots on. Marie, the property manager was easy to deal with and she was very quick to reply when we had inquiries. It is apartment style but you have a grocery and restaurants less than a minute away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very up-to-date, and close to everything. Our host is extremely helpful and friendly.

In the very center of ortisei, has parking. Very clean, the apartments are in great condition and the staff were very generous! We were very sceptical at first booking a hotel with no reviews on Expedia, but we're surprised when arrived. Walking distance to both seuc and seceda mountains and right in the middle of downtown with access to shops and restaurants. Had stoves and plates, pots, etc, apartment was big with a balcony. Recommended.
