The male receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant was unkempt and the hotel is in need of complete renovation. There were dirty plates lining the stairs from guests who had ordered room service. Getting the wifi code was laborious and the in room tea/coffee facilities were laughable.

Broken toilet lids, used water bottle in the room (in other words, room not cleaned), dirty sheets, totally disorganized staff, etc. Stay away!

Terrible

The bedsheets and pillows were not clean.. The tooth brush set in the toilet is used one in a new cover. Washroom is rusted. Breakfast is only two items and terrible.. Totally not worth and NOT international at all

nice hotel close to airport. this hotel has very good WIFI both speed and was un-interupted good for folks who travel and work...spacious room and air con worked very well. staff very attentive and always helpful the Manager on duty was very professional during our say the hot water in shower didnt work. was only luke warm and it was chilly in december also breakfast could be better when compared to other hotels with similar pricing I will recommend to anyone and I myself would stay there again
