This is the worst hotel I ever experience Firstly, we book the hotel by Traveloka, we go to lobby but the staff lost password to login to check whether who book the hotel. They let us with for 20 minutes until we can get the room. Lastly, we go down for free breakfast, it start at 8am but when we go down around 9am, nothing is well prepared. I need to wait again for them to pick up my order, we waited for around 10 minutes. We wait patiently because I don’t want to rush them. No one come until I need to go order by myself. They cooked the wrong food for us. We order 5 extra fried eggs to eat and 1 scramble egg. The give us 5 extra fried eggs with 4 extra scramble eggs(the make it too dry) that we didn’t order. They charge us extra 130 Baht for extra eggs without mentioned earlier. The chefs talk to each other so loud about our order in bad attitude. When we check out, the staff at reception gonna charge us 130 Baht for eggs(5 fried egg for 50 Baht and 4(which we order 1) for 80 Baht, we said we the wrong order is not out fault an we don’t want to pay 130 Baht. The go to speak with chef for discount and the discount it to 80 Baht which is not fair, it’s only 70 Baht for what we order. She talk to me with really bad attitude. This is the worst experience in every hotels that I’ve ever been. Really not recommended!
