I arrived in my room and there was black mold in the bathroom. There was also no electricity or hot water and the internet also didn’t work! Huge waste of money and Traveloka is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They messed up flights for me and never fixed them. Then asked to give them one more shot. They obviously have bad affiliation with hotels and carriers! Of you want extreme headaches on your trip you’re with the right company! All around horrible customer service!
