The hotel is in a good location, making it convenient to walk to popular tourist attractions. However, it can be a bit busy because there is a tourist information desk on the first floor. Also, the entrance closes at 5 PM, so you need to use the intercom next to the door to ask them to open it. One disappointing aspect is the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. Except for the shower booth, the bathroom walls are finished with wallpaper. When washing hands or brushing teeth at the sink, water splashes onto the wallpaper, leaving stains. As shown in the attached photos, there were marks from a previous guest’s toothpaste. Additionally, the towels are very old and worn-out. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

깨끗하고 새로 리모델링하여 시설과 세련된 인터리어 최신식에 커피머신까지 만족스러운 호텔이였습니다. 위치 역시 올드 퀘벡 내에 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 숙박시설에 주차장이 따로 없어서 입구에 10분꺼지 정차 가능한 곳에 차를 세워두고 짐을 내리고 안내해준 곳에 차로 약 2-3분 거리에 있던 주차장은 큰 불편한 점이였습니다. 호텔닥컴 홈피 안내에서는 주차 포함이였는데 외부 주차장이더군요.

진짜 최고예요... 미국이랑 캐나다 두 달 동안 여행하면서 이용했던 숙소 중에 최고입니다ㅠㅠㅠ 일단 직원들 다 세상 친절 쏘스윗해요,,,,체크인 하기 전, 체크아웃 하고 나서 캐리어 다 맡아주고 진짜 너무너무 친절하셨습니다! 그리고 위치가 너무너무 좋아요...샤통 프롱트낙 호텔에서 걸어서 5분도 안 걸리는 위치예요... 방도 너무너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다!

위치가 매우 좋아요 객실 내에 슬리퍼랑 커피포트는 없지만 프론트에 뜨거운물 달라고 하면 가져다 줍니다.

The location of this property could not have been any better for us, you could literally walk anywhere from the Dufferin Terrace across the street, to the Quartier Petit Champlain, several restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The parking was only a 3-4 minute walk as well which was very safe and clean. The room was also very clean, and quiet. We definitely would recommend this hotel.

Positives: The location was excellent and having the tourism bureau downstairs was a big plus. There were plenty of towels. Negatives: The lack of parking was a big detriment to the stay. I thought one of the receptionists, a thin woman with wire-rim glasses was rather rude and impatient when I was asking for information. Turning the television on was an exercise i frustration. Operating the shower was as well. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that there was a marathon happening on one of the days during our stay.

Excelente ubicación. Habitación cómoda y limpia. Personal muy amable y atento. Accesible a pie y justo frente al hotel Fairmont Château Frontenac.

Loved the entire city. Very enchanting. We did not deal with staff much except to check in and out so did not rate that. Also, did not note any eco-friendly amenities so did not rate that either.

The hotel is in an amazing location close to dining and shopping . all of the tour buses are right outside of the hotel, easy to get to other tourist locations. the hotel was clean , staff was friendly . the only negative was that the hot water was only luke warm in the shower. i would recommend this hotel for stay in Quebec!

The restaurant next door was also excellent.

The room was clean. The room was very cool with its interior design. Very close to what we needed. Walkable to shops and restaurants and tourist activities.

The property is absolutely beautiful and it is very close to everything in Old Quebec City. The drawbacks were that it is was very noisy from the room above (could hear every step which rattled the chandelier) and the a/c shuts off after 3 hours so after a few hours of sleeping, you wake up with the room being uncomfortably warm. As well, if you come back to the room before 5 you get hassled by the people working at the info booth that don’t want to let you get by without an interrogation as to why you have entered the building. :)

Would definitely stay there again next time we visit the city

Ideal hotel for post cruise stay as close to shops and restaurant. Excellent area for walking about.

The hotel was very central and the room was great, clean, spacious. The lady Sarah Jane who checked us in was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The man who was also working earlier that day before we were able to check in and who kept our luggages aside was also very nice and helpful. There was another lady who worked the late shift the following nite tho, was abrupt & not as pleasant as the others. Overall though excellent hotel !!
