숙소의 위치는 한적한 거리에 있어 분위기 있고 좋지만, 서비스나 청결도는 매우 불만족스러웠습니다. 우선 숙박하기 전에는 숙소에 문의를 하면 3시간 이내에 답장이 왔지만, 체크인을 하고 난 후에는 하루가 지나도 확인을 하지않고, 문의에 대한 피드백도 숙소 관계자가 직접 오는 것이 아닌 자신의 친구를 대신 보내는 등 체크인을 하고 나서는 고객에 대한 배려가 전혀 없습니다. 그리고 숙소의 상태도 사진과 달리 굉장히 낡았습니다. 커튼은 제대로 닫히지 않고 군데군데 먼지가 쌓여있었으며, 숙소의 문도 열기가 어려워 굉장히 힘들었습니다. 숙소의 문이 열리지 않아 계속하여 전화와 메시지를 보냈지만 8시간 정도가 지난 후에야 확인하여 전혀 도움을 받을 수 없었고, 숙소 앞 츄러스집 사장님이 도와주셔서 간신히 숙소에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 아그리고 굉~~~장히 난방이 약해서 하루종일 틀어놓지 않으면 엄청 추워서 첫날엔 패딩을 입고 자야만 할 정도로 고생했습니다. 복층인데 계단도 폭이 너무 좁아서 엄청 조심조심 올라가야해요ㅠㅠ 숙소 추천하지 않아요 다른 숙소 찾으세요ㅠㅠ

The property was just as in the pictures. Very well decorated and had everything we needed for our family of four. Excellent location for everything Granada- great tapas and bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Wonderful bakery and coffee shops super close by too. We could walk to the Alhambra in 15 minutes and the cathedral in less than 5 minutes. Perfect place for a stay inGranada. We had a rental car (which is not needed for Granada but we were traveling to the coast after) and parked it in the public garage just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It cost 25 euro for 24 hours. The host met us at the property and walked us through everything. Really good communication. We would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Granada.

Bien pour couple sans enfants ou adultes qui voyages avec petit valise ou sac dos. Autrement difficile dans le duplex de monter dans les chambres. Pour aller à l'appartement escalier depuis la place difficile et raide.. Autrement aménager avec goût et super propre

Experiencia inmejorable. Cuando eliges un alojamiento, lo haces por el estado del alojamiento, que en este caso era fantástico, pero lo que marca la diferencia es el trato del personal que lo gestiona. El trato ha sido excelente, tanto antes como durante y después de nuestra estancia. El alojamiento estaba situado a pasos de la catedral de Granada y el estado del apartamento es muy bueno. Lo recomendaría 100% seguro. Volveremos. Muchas gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia en Granada haya sido un éxito.
