Second Stay at St Andrew’s and equally great. We truly reccommend. Lovely flats with Huge balcony overlooking the park. All mod cons.

This was a wonderful Stay for us weary and weathered travellers. A perfect apartment with all mod cons and amenities. A comfy bed, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, nice living room and to top it all off, the added bonus of a large balcony. The apartment in the old Asylum, very reminiscent of a stately home, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Robert was very helpful, kind and facilitated our stay a great deal. We highly recommend this apartment for both shorter and longer stays. We shall return.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat in peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed our stay. The instructions for collecting the keys could have been given more prominence in the welcome email. Other than that small point this was faultless.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at Allington Castle. Prior to arrival we were given very clear instructions with regards to locating both the property (apartment 35) and picking up the keys. The apartment is located within a stunning building with well maintained grounds and offered everything you could possibly need (even down to a tumble dryer). The bed in the room with the en suite was probably the comfiest bed I have ever slepted in. The quality of the bedding was top notch. If staying in the area again, I would most definitely opt to stay here.

Very nice place to stay, clean, and lots of room. Our door areas are nice and great views from the balcony.

Comfortable and airy apartment, well located within Maidstone. All you need is there, kitchen is well equipped. No soaps, beyond hand soap so remember to take that.

Brilliant stay. Great support provided in finding the apartment and how to get the keys. It was very easy. Everything was very comfortable and very impressive. Only small issue I had was that the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, it did settle down in the end though.

We stayed for I night for a family wedding. Very accommodating in letting us arrive early when we met the lovely and helpful cleaner. The flat is superb, everything we needed. Just one negative - the second bedroom bed is too low and not very comfortable. The master was really good.

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable apartment in an nice location. Very clean with everything we needed. Communication from the owner was excellent and very easy instructions for checking in and out. Thank you!

A great apartment, all lovely and clean and tidy. Plenty of room for us all - 6 adults and one child. We had an issue after the first night with a leaky air bed. It was very quickly sorted out, with Robert bringing along a new double one for us straight away. There was plenty of hot water for all of us to shower, even though there were 7 of us. Just make sure if you are arranging any taxis that you are very clear of the correct address as there certainly is confusion with Tarragon Road!

This was an amazing place to stay. A train ride away from the craziness of central London, it was a welcome respite each night. Two full bedrooms and two full baths with a beautiful patio and full kitchen. Perfect for my trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by these apartments! I couldn't believe the high standard in relation to the price. Really, they had everything we needed & we especially enjoyed the gorgeous terrace out the back.
