전체 평가 및 리뷰 Comfort Inn & Suites Houston I-45 North - IAH

I chose this hotel because I had to drive to dallas the next day. it's right on highway 45. I was welcomed by a lady with name starting with k.... she was warm, friendly, and very vivid. The room is quite spacious and the beds were distant from the airconditioner so I didn't have to worry about direct dry wind from it while I was sleeping. My son enjoyed swimming in a small pool (depth ranging from 3 to 4 ft I remember) all by himself.

When we arrived to check in, there was no one in the lobby and we waited around 20 minutes for the person to arrive. They gave us the key and when we got to the room, the key didn't work and there was a cockroach next to the door... I canceled and went to another hotel. They still haven't returned my security deposit.

This property was very close to places we wanted to visit. Overall experience was very positive.

The hotel was dirty, the first room they put me and my family in was super hot, the ac was broken so they moved us to a different room and there was a used makeup towel hung up in the RR , little beetles everywhere in the RR , everything was dirty and had a weird smell, the shower door was broken , the cabinets were chipped broken and paint peeling, the breakfast was cold and didn’t offer a variety at all. It was a horrible experience. But was too late to change hotels .

The website showed an active pool. When we arrived to the hotel pool was not active and it was very dirty. The staff member informed us to not even put a foot into the pool due to the conditions. Once we checked into the hotel we were given room 321 I believe. When went to the room and closed the door to unpack when the inside door handle feel off trapping me and my family inside the room. Luckily we were able to contact the front to free us from the room. ItI was a horrible experience. It was so bad that we only stayed one night and we paid for a two nights stay. I need the contact information so that I can be refunded for the night we did not stay. We left the hotel immediately and check into another hotel.

Room wasn’t clean

Well first of all my car got broken in to and they did not tell me or call the police out And then asked for management and they refused to Come out and then I told them I did not want to continue my stay and then Expedia tried to call them to cancel it and to and they said that they can’t approve it that manager has to approve it and I have yet to hear back from them and they did not cancel my stay answer self out and to me this is pour customer service and I would never stay there agine

close to international airport and surrounded by budget shopping malls , great staff really focus to have a client great time during the stay,......highly recommended, Thanks!

Refrigerator is broken. And there were a few refrigerators at the elevators probably also broken. The temperature control for the A/C is also broken.

Originally, they gave us a room that was used & not cleaned, so they switched us it to a pretty clean one. Our families rented 4 rooms which non had any sink water pressure. Also, the light breakfast was pretty bad & kept running out of the few items offered.

Good place

El hotel esta sucio y descuidado. Los baños sucios y la habitacion en general poco higienica y descuidada . Manchas en pared, mobiliario desgastado. Desayuno penoso, cero recomendable este sitio

Good stay

I was satisfied. I can’t say bad word on that hotel. It’s not Hilton but its was clean , stuff very friendly and safe area.

Amazing

The property was, as stated by staff, poorly maintained by previous management. The staff was nice to allow me to view a few rooms, 6. All the shower heads were rusty and disgusting and the floors sticky. Some rooms smelled like smoke.

We called to let them know we were having car trouble and we wouldn’t make that day but would be there to check in the next day. They canceled our entire reservation. Took them over an hour to find the reservation and then wanted me to pay more for the difference.
