This place has great charm but our room smelled like urine so bad. The restroom was even worse. The restroom floor is rock and it smelled like no one had scrubbed the floor in years. I asked them to clean it, and they did, however it did not help at all. It did masked the stench for a bit. It’s ruined the entire experience. No one wants to hang out in a room or sleep where the entire premises smells like a back alley. I don’t care if it’s oceanfront or not. It was not worth it. We will not be back.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at Poco Cielo. We loved our room.....the Polynesian Room. The room was very large and uniquely decorated. We loved the private balcony with the beautiful ocean view. We loved, every evening, sitting on the balcony and watching sunset over the ocean. We were able to see dolphins jumping in the water every late afternoon from our balcony. Norman at the restaurant and his father Oscar were so friendly to us and very professional. The reception people were also very nice and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious. We will definitely stay at Poco Cielo again. We are so glad we discovered this beautiful hotel and location.
