깨끗하고 뷰도 좋았습니다. 잠시동안 변기에 물공급이 되지 안았지만 금방 해결되었습니다.

유료주차 옵션이 두가지인데 주변 대비 비쌌어요. 프런트 직원이 친절했고, 클리프턴힐과 폭포주변에 걸어갈 수 있어서 편리했어요. 8층 객실에서 폭포가 살짝 보이기도 해서 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

The location was great for people who needs entertaining, shopping and dinning. The room was huge. But the floor carpet was Something wetty. And the towels were thin. The breakfast buffet looked good, but we couldn't try as we woke up late.

호텔 체크인 전에 대략 가이드는 받았지만 공사 하는 곳 바로 옆 방을 줌. 평일이라 사람이 많았던 곳도 아닌데ㅋ 가끔 이런 일을 당하면 인종차별인가라는 생각도 해봄. 어쨌거나 공사로 인해 아침 7시부터 깸 드릴 소리에 해머 그리고 벽치는 소리, 사람들 왔다 갔다하는 소리에 아침 7시부터 깨어남. 방은 널찍하고 침대도 편하고 컨디션도 나쁘지 않지만, 이것 때문에 별 하나 준다.

전체적으로 너무 만족합니다

나이아가라 폭포에서 도보로 약 6~7분 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 나이아가라 풍경이 직접적으로 보이는 것은 아닙니다. 다만 도보로 매우 가까우므로, 괜찮았습니다 하지만 직원분들이 친절하고, 영어를 잘 사용하지 못해도 많은 배려를 해 줍니다. 인근에 아이를 위한 놀이시설이나 과자가게, 음식점들이 많아 가족 단위의 여행에 좋습니다 객실상태나 비품도 깨끗하고, 주차시설도 인근으로 안내해주어 불편함이 없었습니다

Great stay

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Greeted us as soon as we walked in an made sure that we were well taken care of.

Printer was broken and the night staff person's customer service was disappointing.

Clean room and friendly and accommodating staff but the parking rate is expensive

Breakfast ,juices were not included ,wereas ,other hotels juices are included,staff in the Breakfast was very rude lady ,she has to be trained how to speak with guests Moreover unnecessarily she was telling me that i cant drink twice the coffeee,there will be extra charge, wirhout knowing that i do not want to drink coffee twice ,it is irrelevant to mention Moreover in other hotels they never charge for coffee for breakfast

The hotel and room were clean. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. We did not eat at the restaurant.

The rooms we're really clean but they didn't have toothbrushes and one-time slippers for us to use but overall it was pretty good.
