깨끗하고 뷰도 좋았습니다. 잠시동안 변기에 물공급이 되지 안았지만 금방 해결되었습니다.

유료주차 옵션이 두가지인데 주변 대비 비쌌어요. 프런트 직원이 친절했고, 클리프턴힐과 폭포주변에 걸어갈 수 있어서 편리했어요. 8층 객실에서 폭포가 살짝 보이기도 해서 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

The location was great for people who needs entertaining, shopping and dinning. The room was huge. But the floor carpet was Something wetty. And the towels were thin. The breakfast buffet looked good, but we couldn't try as we woke up late.

호텔 체크인 전에 대략 가이드는 받았지만 공사 하는 곳 바로 옆 방을 줌. 평일이라 사람이 많았던 곳도 아닌데ㅋ 가끔 이런 일을 당하면 인종차별인가라는 생각도 해봄. 어쨌거나 공사로 인해 아침 7시부터 깸 드릴 소리에 해머 그리고 벽치는 소리, 사람들 왔다 갔다하는 소리에 아침 7시부터 깨어남. 방은 널찍하고 침대도 편하고 컨디션도 나쁘지 않지만, 이것 때문에 별 하나 준다.

Very poor service and very bad service

Fri-Sun May long weekend stay with my young son. Pros: Room was clean, everything in working condition. My son loved the pool, I enjoyed the hottub. Pool is not heated. All amenities are walking distance. Food, activities, attractions, lots to do all in a short distance. Cons. Limited parking at hotel. They do offer paid parking off site that's a few mins walking distance.

Second time staying here. Great central location, breakfast was fabulous and the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly

We had a very pleasant stay at Vittoria Hotel in Niagara Falls. The location is excellent, close to the falls, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel atmosphere was calm and enjoyable, and we really appreciated the convenient parking and beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Niagara Falls.
