쿠스코 토쿠예로스 부티크호텔에서 가족여행으로 숙박했습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 무엇보다 아침 식사는 너무나도 훌륭했습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 적극적으로 응대해 주었습니다 다음에도 이용하고 싶습니다 한가지 욕조 배수 문제는 수리가 필요해 보입니다

Excellent, Quiet and tranquil location setback from the crowds and traffic noise yet minutes walk to the historic centre of Plaza de Armas with its alpaca shops and eateries Very spacious, clean and comfortable beds with wall mounted hot water radiators as a bonus- a rarity in Peru Cooked to order breakfast a treat instead of the usual buffet style offerings in most hotels Staff are attentive, charming, go out of their way to assist and recommend, always on hand to offer suggestions Highly recommended as a luxury accommodation for your stay in Cusco

Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times. The Pres Suite (Expedia promoted as 1 left and there is only 1) is right above a music conservatory who practices from midday until evening, except weekends. Staff is very accommodating and they make a great latte. The streamed jazz in the main hall was a plus. Ample teas and things to make altitude adjustment easier.

I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle water! Our toilet didn’t flush and I told someone at front desk and within 5 mins someone came to fix it immediately! We had breakfast downstairs at the restaurant and had a nice view while we eat! What also nice of the staff here is that I had an early pick up time for a tour at 5am and they gave a to go bag with a sandwich, fruits, snacks and a water bottle. I definitely recommend staying here when you come to Cusco!

The hotel staff was so friendly and attentive. The room comfortable and the hotel itself oozes with charm!

Overall ok. But, the room layout is not good.

Large room with 2 double beds (for family). Very large spa like bath. Great breakfast included. Nicely appointed lobby. Quiet central courtyard outside room with nice views from hotel. Great neighborhood, close to everything. .

The location is perfect and safe. The staff was amazing!

The experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The property had a lovely view of the city, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredible helpful. They went above and beyond in every regard including holding our suitcases while we were hiking the Inca trail, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and providing us with meals / any other accommodations we requested. I would highly recommend this hotel for your time in Cusco.

Wonderful traditional hotel. Service was excellent and the view of the mountain amazing. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the included ride to and from the airport made the stay stress free. Fully deserves top marks.

I stayed with my two children and everything was perfect! We felt very safe, everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. They responded very quickly to messages. To go breakfast for our early morning trips. Amazing breakfast in the restaurant. Amazing location.
