호텔의 전체적인 평가는 만족입니다. 다만 호텔 체크인시 직원의 스킬 부족으로 체크인 수속절차가 복잡했습니다. 주기적인 방 방문(세탁, 침대정리)으로 안락함을 방해했습니다. 냉장고 작동이 잘 안되구요.

Marriott Medellín is centrally located in El Poblado near shopping, restaurants and cool bars The gym is world class and the rooms large with nice views The service from the staff was excellent and the daily breakfast buffet excellent !! I will be coming back soon !

Muy buena atención y limpieza del Lugar

The fridge didn’t work in my room. The shower drain was backed up. I called room service for both issues. They claimed the fixed the fridge but it still did not get cold. They never fixed the shower. They will make you get a tourist package to avoid vat even tho vat is supposed to be voided if u are a tourist with less than 90 days in Colombia. The spa is horrid. We tried 3 different spas in Colombia including presence at Medellin Marriott! I don’t think their masseuses are certified. I booked a 90 min deep pressure. She freestyler and did not do deep pressure. When I asked for deeper pressure instead of applying it to my large muscles she squeezed the crap out of my smaller muscles (my arms, shins, etc). It was horrid. They said hotel guests get 20% off; they didn’t want to honor the 20% even though it was in the what’s app thread. Everything is through WhatsApp. Trying to book anything is so time consuming. I tried to book the massage for 2 days and finally when we got there.. they had to massages completely wrong. My friend couldn’t even get hers and she’s the one who booked it. No one speaks English, u will need a translator for every interaction. They will also use your inability to speak Spanish to get over on you. The worst 5 star experience I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER stay there again. The hallways are hot as well! If u want cold air, stay in your room or go outside. It’s cooler outside than inside of the hotel.

Inaceptable que un hotel de esta categoría tenga fallas estructurales. - no había agua en el gimnasio. - el el basurero de la habitación no se abre con el pedal del pie. Tocaba usar la mano. - papel higiénico áspero y de muy mala calidad. - estando en Medellín no saben el concepto de flat white (traían macchiato) Lo grave NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE y muy poca presión de agua . Lo reporte 2 días seguidos. Ni solución ni disculpa. Primera y última vez que me hospedo en este hotel

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not What I Expected from Marriott My stay at the Medellín Marriott Hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful. I was informed that I would be charged an additional 200 simply for having a guest visit me briefly, even though the guest was not staying overnight. This policy was communicated in a very aggressive and unwelcoming manner, which made me feel uncomfortable in a hotel I was already paying to stay in. This is unreasonable and not clearly disclosed at booking. Guests should be allowed to receive visitors without being threatened with excessive charges, especially when there is no overnight stay involved. On top of that, the taxi services associated around the hotel were a terrible experience. The cab drivers charged almost five times the regular taxi fare, which felt like outright theft. As an international guest, this made me feel taken advantage of and unsafe. Overall, this was a very poor experience and far below the standards I expect from a Marriott-branded hotel. Between the unfair guest policy, lack of transparency, and exploitative transportation experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín.
