Poor Service. Not a hotel of the standard we look for

Lovely property. Amazing staff. Great food. Only hiccup is distance from the mahakal temple . Need to take auto everytime. Other than that no complaint. Highly recommended

The hotel is very new and in a good location. I would rate it as 4.5*. Very clean and very modern. It needs only few improvements as to the staff. They are trying their best but as we travel all over the world, we can feel the difference. Staff should be more trained. We stayed for for the stopover one night to carry on with our travel to Gujarat.

It was a great deal to book a hotel room from ur site . The hotel was nice n the staff too .

The hotel is good at a good location from station and the main temple. The food was also amazing... the only problem we faced was for hot running water. Rest all was perfect.

Its a new hotel with good , comfortable rooms and i hope you maintain the same standards in future .Food & staff is good ( Need to work on the service in restaurant ) Location is near to Mahakal temple but away from the cluster of other hotels . Initialy it might be difficult to find out the exact location because its a new property and its in centre of the city . Overall a good experience .

Cleanliness of room/hotel was good. Quality of service also was good. Hotel amenities were good. Hotel location is good both for business travellers and those on pilgrimage to the Lord Maha Kaaleshwar temple, Ujjain.

It was a good trip everything was fine bt just had a misunderstanding with the hotel management and staff and they made the issue so big that we had to pay 5K for it! As said in the website they don't give all the amenities and even don't give basic things for requirements!!
