best choice i made for the first stay in the city. i expected cleaner water for the pool but the others made up for me. i will totally recommend here to anyone

フナ広場から徒歩10分以内、ドミトリーに泊まりましたが、施設全体はとても充実していて広いです。 この施設に安く泊まれるドミトリーは、コスパが良いとしか言いようがありません。 特にフロントのイルハムさん、とても親切で柔軟に対応してくれました。 それに対し他のスタッフは、厳つい構えの用心棒的なメンズが多く、またマニュアル通りなのか融通が利きません。もう少しお客に寄り添って欲しいと思う限りです。 また泊まりたいです。 イルハムさん、ありがとてう御座いました。

Super Unterkunft, ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! Lage top und 10 Minuten Gehweg vom Zentrum Jamaa el-fna entfernt. Aber man muss ca. 400m zur Unterkunft laufen, da es nicht mit Auto direkt erreichbar ist. Das Personal hat viele Empfehlungen geben können und war bei allem hilfreich. Die Zimmer, der Pool und die Unterkunft an sich waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Einzig das Bad hätte täglich geputzt werden können wenn möglich. Auch die Dachterasse war top und hatte sehr viel Platz zum entspannen. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und super lecker. Einzig waren einige Bienen unterwegs, die etwas gestört haben. In allem mega zufrieden und würde es jedem empfehlen, der alleine reist und mit anderen ins Gespräch kommen will.

Location was good and the staff; but services are way too basic, did not include towels, the shampoo and soap was watered down. You need to improve your menu.

Phenomenal place to explore Marrakesh from. The pool saves you during the high temperatures midday, and it is conveniently located to explore.

This is a well run hostel. The common areas are well maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is well worth it; lots of options and a fair price, especially if you book ahead. The location in the medina is good. I could get to the main square to meet for tours within a 10-15 minute walk. It maybe be worth booking a pick-up if you have rolling luggage as taxis cannot drive right to the hostel and it's a very bumpy walk with a suitcase. I ordered a pick-up when I left and a guy came with a cart to move my luggage until we got to the taxi, which was much easier. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was cleaned well everyday.

If you’re looking for a hostel in Marrakech, this is your best option. Location is great and I was able to walk pretty much anywhere I wanted to go. I would recommend the hostel’s airport transfer for easy arrival. All staff members are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and showers hot. Lockers in the dorms have a lot of storage space. There is some humidity in rooms/bathrooms which is common in riads but nothing too bad. One thing to note is that the hostel charges for towels and luggage storage (which I feel should be included) but all in all a very good place to stay for a solo traveller.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours au Riad central house. Tout d abord merci au personnel, très agréable, prêts à rendre service et toujours souriants. Le Riad est idéalement situé, nous avons tout fait à pied. Il est propre, et le petit dej est parfait pour bien commencer la journée. A recommander sans aucun doute !

Everything was very beautiful, toilets worked great, shower was hot, rooms were clean, bed was soft, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, food was delicious, and surrounding area was safe and interesting.

All the staff are super friendly and kind. I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm and the room was big, clean and nice. Its easy to meet people if you are also a solo traveller. The breakfast is good and tasty. The roof terass and pool are super beautiful and nice to hang around in. Keep in mind that the hostel is located a bit far from the main square so there is a walking distance through the whole market. You should also bring all your own stuff like key lock, towels etc. because otherwise you have to pay for it at the hostel.

The staff was genuinely lovely : young, dynamic, and extremely helpful. Everyone was kind and welcoming, which really stood out. The bed was very comfortable, and the cleaning staff was especially thoughtful, often coming back later rather than disturbing us when we slept in. Overall, the stay was okay mainly because anything not included felt quite overpriced. For example, if you forgot a lock, the fee was very high, even though you could buy the same one nearby for much less. There was also a leak in our bathroom, which made the room quite humid. I had breakfast twice and it was good, but not worth the price for the quality, so I’d probably eat elsewhere next time. The same goes for day excursions: I’d recommend booking online (e.g., GetYourGuide), as the hostel’s options were noticeably more expensive. I was also disappointed that luggage storage came with a fairly high fee, as this is usually free at most places. Lastly, there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with heavy suitcases. Despite these downsides, the staff really was the highlight of the stay.
