Reserved DELUXE room for 3 nights. No air conditioning on first night. Hotel Manager promised not to charge first night. Later upon check-out I was fraudulently charged for 3 nights even though my room had NO AIRCONDITIONING ON FIRST NIGHT OF APRIL 25, 3018.

Had a great time living in this place. The staff of this hotel is it's greatest asset.they are very courtegous and professional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Bangalore because of its location and facilities. Thank you for hosting me hotel mint downtown.
