Great place and great staff. Stayed on ground floor room. Was great and quiet.

海側の部屋は良かったけど、１階だったので、目の前に多くの観光客が夜遅くまで座って、お酒を飲みながらガヤガヤ喋ってたのは迷惑でした。 また、ブエヒング航空が大幅に遅れて出発したので、バルセロナ国際空港で荷物を預けられず、搭乗口まで持って行くことになり、お土産のお酒を没収されてしまった。

旧市街で海岸が見渡せる。一歩出ればバル巡りの中心にいます。これ以上のロケーションを望めません。残念ながら目の前の建物が工事中でしたが、その事も事前に丁寧に説明があり、サービスの追加をしてくれました。車で旧市街に入るところに侵入禁止がありますが、ホテルに滞在する人は入れます。

Very nice hotel in the perfect area

Suveren beliggenhet! Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Rent og pent. Litt krøkkete utforming med glassvegger mellom bad og soverom og kun taklys på badet gjorde at også soverommet ble lyst opp fra badet. Vil absolutt velge dette hotellet ved neste besøk.

While this is a very chic hotel in a great location, room 105 really disappointed. It was extremely small and the window looked into a utility shaft. Not what I expected when I booked a room with a view into the atrium. Our window shades were closed during our entire day because of that. While this really damped our enthusiasm about the hotel, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Rommet var uten noen utsikt og opplevdes veldig innelukket enn det bildene viste. Mye mindre enn på bildene.

the location is incredible, and super adorable in that it's tucked away in this little corner overlooking the bay, the room i stayed in was on the smaller size, but very normal for europe...the hotel's breakfast honestly is worth the stay alone!! lovely place to stay and easy walk from here to almost anything you want to do in San Sebastian!

The location is perfect if you are there to eat and the view from the room was spectacular. Lovely helpful staff, clean rooms and common areas. It’s a great hotel

Friendly staff and best location ever

Väldigt fint mottagande av hjälpsam personal. Litet men fint rum. Bra AC. Hjälpsamma vid avresa. Vi fick lämna väskor på hotellet då vi hade ett par timmar över till avfärd.

Staff was great, helpful and accommodating!! Breakfast was quite good. View was non-existent. Coffee maker in the room would have been wonderful. If you have the whole family in a room note that the frosted glass door for the bathroom has a spot that is unfrosted, meaning someone could see you in the shower. We asked for a sheet which we hung up on the door to solve the problem.

Andrea at the front desk was always joyful & welcoming. She made all the difference! Location was excellent. Our 2-bedroom unit was spacious & elegant. Glad we stayed here.

海沿いで　観光に食べ歩きには抜群の立地です。 スタッフも皆親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食は5種類のセットメニューがありましたが　基本的にはコンチネンタルで長期滞在ですと飽きてしまうと思います。また私達が泊まったのは2階だったため　週末には夜遅くまでホテルの海側の道（坂道）で座り込んでお酒を飲んでいる人が沢山いるため　夜中まで騒がしくてあまり眠れないストレスがありました。 次回は上の階をリクエストして滞在したいと思っています。

部屋はとてもキレイで、海の眺めも抜群。バー巡りにも最高のロケーション。朝食は有料オーダー方式なので、無料ブッフェにして欲しい。

We got upgraded and I have to say, we had the best views! The apartments are super clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would most certainly come back here again!
