위치좋으나 멕시코 특유의 향과 냉장고 미제공으로 불편. 도보 5분거리 쇼핑몰 있어 좋음. 다시 가는건 생각해봐야 할 듯

Perfect hotel for the fair its out go to hotel every year during the fsir season

Empty body lotion, empty shower gel soap. I requested some and never brought to me. The man that assisted serving us breakfast use no gloves and used his cell phone. This should be a 2 star or one star hotel. I saw great reviews and expected a better experience

Good for the prize and good location.

The mattress the sheets the towels looked old dirty the faucet sink was leaking a lot of water . First time and last time me staying in This hotel

A las habitaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento. La puerta estaba inchada, se abria con dificultad. El cuarto olía a humedad/drenaje. No servía el foco del lavabo. El control remoto no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado prendia, pero no podia cambiarle la temperatura. Las toallas de baño con bordes deshilachados. El dia de salida me di cuenta que la sábana estaba manchada. Bajamos a las 9am al desayuno buffet y estaba incompleto no habia fruta. Jugos de cajita y comida desabrida. Una señora de limpieza muy amablemente me llevó "aroma" pues no contaba con cloro para echar en el drenaje maloliente (increíble). Y me cambió el control remoto de otra habitación. El personal fue atento, sin embargo a las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento.

One of the guys at the front desk was not so friendly. Also, we were waiting for a room even though we arrived after check in. We were about the 2nd or 3rd group to arrive and they told us rooms weren’t ready. We sat and waited. While we were waiting, about 4 other families arrived. We waited about an hour and everyone who got there after us were getting their rooms, besides us, until I went up and asked for the 2nd time on the status. The guy looked shocked like he had forgotten we were there. I was so tired from the trip, I just needed a bed!
