Location not bad. If you are driving, need to go thru’ a narrow back lane to enter parking. Lobby security personnel, a foreigner I believe, looks like one, is absolutely rude and unprofessional as he threaten and insisted my son to clean up smelted ice cream droppings without providing any tools/ tissues even if we told him we did not have tissues or we would have done it. Later, we found out they have cleaner for such cleaning but someone choose to give paying guess a tough time. Room can be improved by: 1. Putting accurate check in and check out time as it was 2pm and 12pm as stated in our booking but we were told to check in and out at 3pm and 11am respectively. Host was nice enough to allow us 12pm check out when issue was highlighted. 2. Minor touch up on room is needed on furnishing (red chairs with almost broken legs and curtain railing with only one side hanging) 3. Providing drinking waters, coffee making facilities, basic toiletries (like tooth brush, tooth paste, tissues and enough toilet rolls) would enhance guess experience. This is the first homestay we stayed without those stated above. There were only 2 toilet rolls provided, one for each toilet, for 4 of us on 2 days stay and we bought our own toilet rolls fearing for running out. There are 2 toilets and only one toilet has hair shampoo besides shower cream. A box of tissues would be handy but not provided. Cleanliness definitely need to improve. The tables are not cleaned and with stains left over. There were stained on the sofas too. The worst nightmare is when you are staying on level 24, that’s where we stayed. Can you even imagine it takes more than 1 minute to reach level 24 from the basement carpark and this is also provided that the lift does not stop on any floor. The lifts are very run down and slow. The worst part is that there is no ventilation at all in the lifts.
