전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hakone Airu

It was very pleasant staying. Every single person of the facility was very nice and there was not any difficulty to communicate in English. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic, exceeding my expectations. Bathtub in the room was pretty spacious, probably enough for 2 persons. It was around 15 min from Hakoneyumoto station by walk but the path was quite tough to carry some luggages. It would be good to take a shuttle or a bus.

방이 아주 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있어 좋았습니다. 객실에 딸린 노천탕도 깨끗해서 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 식사도 전반적으로 맛있었고 양도 푸짐해서 좋았습니다. 한가지 단점이 있다면 숙소로 올라가는 경로에 상당한 오르막길이 있어서 (체감 경사 20도 정도) 캐리어를 끌고 걸어 올라가기가 제법 힘들었습니다. 하코네유모토역에서 호텔로 가는 공용 셔틀버스가 있지만 한시간에 거의 한대꼴이기 때문에 이용이 다소 힘들었습니다.

Ryokan itself is ok. A little lack of infra when compared to a hotel. Had to go to a CVS to have a coffee by walk. Kaiseki(Dinner) was not as good as I expected with a very little amount of raw fish.

동남아 풍 의 일본식 여관 입니다. 음식도 실내 장식도 동남아 냄새가 풍깁니다. 직원들의 일본어는 알아듣기 힘든 일본말입니다. 음식은 인도네시아 식인과 같습니다.

전체적으로 추천합니다. 하코네유모토 역과 가깝지만 갈때 짐이 많다면 버스를 추천드립니다. 역에서 언덕으로 올라가야되는 구간이 있어서 짐이 무겁다면 버스이용하시고 괜찮다면 걸어가셔도 될 듯 합니다. (도보 10분내외) 그리고 가이세키가 매일 다른음식이라 어느날은 맛있고 어느날은 도전해봐야 하는 음식들로 나올때가 있으니 금액 추가해서 샤브샤브나 스테이크로 드시는걸 추천드립니다. 아침은 양식,일식으로 나뉘어져 있는데 둘 다 맛있고 다이닝룸으로 가서 먹는데 조용하고 프라이빗합니다. 고급일식집 간 듯한 느낌이였어요.료칸 내부는 인도풍이 섞인 퓨전식 료칸이고, 요이불 깔아줬던 방에서 묵었습니다. 티비에서 넷플렉스 가능하고 개인온천이 각 방마다 있는것 같아요. 대욕탕은 이용하지 않았습니다. 개인온천 만으로도 충분했던거 같습니다. 직원들은 상당히 친절하고 외국인 직원들이 많습니다. 대부분 영어로 대화했고 매우 친절합니다. It was from July 19 to 21. I recommend it as a whole. It is quiet and close to Hakoneyumoto Station, but if you have a lot of luggage, I recommend a bus. There's a section where you have to go up the hill from the station, so if it's heavy, you can take a bus and walk if you don't mind (about 10 minutes' walk). And since Kaiseki is a different dish every day, I recommend you to add the amount of money to your Shabu Shabu or steak. Breakfast is divided into Western and Japanese food, both of which are delicious and go to the dining room to eat and are quiet and private. I felt like I went to a fancy Japanese restaurant. The interior of the Ryokan is a fusion Ryokan with Indian wind, and stayed in the room where the fire was laid. It's available on TV. I think there's a private spa in each room. I didn't use the bath. I think it was enough to have a personal hot spring. Employees are very kind and there are many foreign employees. Most of the time, I talked in English and he is good at it. I felt good because it was so kind.^^

역하고 멀진 않지만 숙소까지 가는길이 오르막길입니다. 숙소에서 나갈땐 괜찮지만 들어갈따 짐까지 있으면 조금 힘드실수도.. 그외 숙소도 깨끗하고 좋아요.

Very nice ryokan, the private onsen was the biggest highlight.

This ryokan is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very kind and exceeded our expectations in everyway. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The view from our personal onsen was beautiful. After a week of walking around tokyo it was the perfect way to relax. The food was great and we loved our personal dinning area. I have no complaints at all. If you are looking to stay in hakone, stay in Hakone Airu.

If you are looking for a peaceful and authentic hotel, that's the place to stay!

The food was excellent. Facilities is good. However, our room has a defective thermostat. There’s no other room to move us on the night of our stay. The property did not have a portable heater . Property doesn’t have extra blankets to use . It was cold in the room. The following morning at check out we notified the staff. They help us and apologized for the inconvenience.

What an amazing stay at this beautiful spot! Plan getting there ahead cause not all taxis will go right up to it but once we walked in it was a paradise! Greeted at the door, with the ultimate Balinese experience and hospitality with a welcome drink, custom options, a massage treatment to choose from, and then the room- wow! What a view over the hills with the onsen tub on the balcony!! The amenities, the robes, the traditional tatami and floor bedding- such an authentic yet comfortable experience! The private and catered dinner and breakfast experience along this tranquility was not only delicious but made us feel like royalty! The best part was the friendliness and attention of all staff! Thank you!!

Loved the experience

We had an amazing stay. It was such a rejuvenating experience! The mat beds were probably the most comfortable sleep we’ve ever gotten and the always hot hot spring tub will be something I dream about forever. Food was amazing, although the portions are almost too much for one meal. We left each meal stuff beyond belief and partially dreaded not being hungry enough to eat the next one haha. Such an amazing stay, we would most definitely come back again!

What can you say, this hotel is amazing, food top class, just absolutely perfect in every way

Amazing hotel and wonderful hospitality. We felt right at home. Kaiseki dinner and breakfast was delicious too. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Hakone. We booked a room with a private onsen and enjoyed it.

My husband really wanted a private onsen because of a cancer scar. He very much enjoyed it. The futon was very difficult for me to get up because I will be receiving a shoulder operation when I go home and I can’t use my arm.
