The third day of my stay the electricity went out. They did not have an adequate generator to address this. Staff acted like there was nothing that could be done. Electricity was out for the majority of the day.

The place is recently renovated but not complete. Atleast it was clean, but they can take the effort to have a better guest experience.

Very Nice property, but staff was not much responsive about calls and requests and took a lot of time to cater request.

Hotel was great with amazing service. Would definitely stay there again

Excelente hotel en Rishikesh, es de los únicos hoteles que cumplen con las estrellas asignadas. Buenas habitaciones, camas cómodas, baños normales, gym full equipado, piscina y restaurante bien. El trato del personal es excepcional, te hacen sentir muy cómodo. La ubicación no es tan céntrica pero en tu tuc fácilmente se traslada a los puntos principales.
