a pleasant stay, although the room was smaller than I expected. I wish there had been a desk for a laptop use and more pegs for the nice bath gowns they serve! The area was quiet but it was conveniently close to both Zattere and Accademia stops. I wish I could stay there next time, too.

Great location.wonderdul serving. Well oriented bed with big Chandler's light. The height of the ceiling is very tall!!. It's not expensive... considering its room size and conditions. We made only 2 stay... it's my fault. I should have had a full stay during my visit!!!. I love this beautiful city, Venice and I really enjoyed the hotel. See you again in my next visit... Amazing was awesome

This place is unbelievable and amazing! I cannot recommend it enough! The staff was incredible. The location was perfect. Everything about it was superb. We will definitely be back.

I liked being greeted by staff like I was an old friend. They sat us comfortably in a cozy lobby area with drinks and warmth. To be honest until we got here I was not liking Italy at all. This hotel and staff was/is all the good stories I have heard about Italy. I liked it so much I changed our trip and extended our stay here in Venice another day. Thank you for letting us see the original side of Italy.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! Its location by a canal gives it a unique sense of historic charm, complemented by a beautiful garden. Above all, the warm, attentive staff truly made the stay special and went out of their way to make the experience even better.

The front greeting was exceptional. We were immediately welcomed and treated with care. The room was charming and spacious. The location was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious.

The staff was so very accommodating, making us feel very special. The rooms were spotless and the bedding lovely. The shower was amazing! Delicious food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. The location was convenient and yet quiet away from tourist areas. We would highly recommend this hotel again and again . Lastly, when you go back to the airport please consider the private water taxi. It was fun, gorgeous and efficient. Definitely worth the price and the hotel made all arrangements.

Very luxurious. So interesting to stay in a building of such importance historically.

Great to stay just south of San Marco. Great restaurants withing a short distance. We were just a few minutes walk from the Academia and Peggy Guggenheim museums and very minimal distance from the Academia Bridge. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was great and a good way to start the day. Servers at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We stayed a week and were glad to be out of the busiest areas but still close enough to everything.

Great location and nice decor in the hotel. The bar manager was also really attentive in the evening when we’d return from dinner.

Would be great if the hot breakfast menu was variety every day

Excellent stay ! This is our second stay with my daughter ! Gianni was very friendly and helpful . All the recommendations for restaurants and sites were exquisite . Five star service . Breakfast was complete and delicious! Highly recommend for first time visiting Venezia ! Complimentary taxi to Murano .

We stayed here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and the staff truly made it special. Sofia at reception was incredibly kind and welcoming — she offered us an arrival breakfast even though we arrived early and surprised us with a room upgrade, which meant so much to us. At the restaurant, Irene was amazing with a wonderful personality and made every interaction enjoyable. The room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. It was cleaned multiple times a day, which really showed the level of care and attention to detail. The breakfast was okay — not spectacular, but still perfectly fine. Overall, the service, staff, and room easily made this a memorable and special stay. We would happily return.
