직원도 친절하고 시설도 좋았습니다. 다만 길거리에 창문이 달려있는게 프라이버시 측면에서 안좋았던 것 같아요

Excelente locación

Really nice room, excellent air conditioning, and had superior room with balcony which was nice. Only complaint was smart TV that wouldn’t connect to YouTube, Netflix etc.

L’architecture et la décoration sans fausse note. Un accueil chaleureux et efficace. L’entretien Menager quotidien au top, propreté irréprochable. Service de restauration pratique et bon rapport qualité prix.

Das Personal total freundlich, Unterkunft sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Metro Station ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff were professional and very helpful. The Hotel was central to everything plenty of restaurants in the area and tourists attractions also public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Sehr zentrale Lage, die Metro direkt vor der Tür, trotzdem sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Innenhof). Super freundliches Staff, Frühstück sehr lecker! Alles top!

Was a great property near lots of public transport and great restaurants

Lindo hotel, bien ubicado en barrio tranquilo, frente al hotel metro para acercarse a cualquier lugar, está a unos minutos caminando de la plaza de Colón en la Castellana. El personal muy amable, la habitación muy amplia con linda vista. Sin duda volvería.

Out of our 2 week Europe trip this was far and away our favorite hotel. Staff was incredible

Everything about this stay was perfect! The people who work here are so kind and helpful, the area so so beautiful and central to everything you would want, the room was one of the nicest we have stayed at, and they even held our bags after check out to make our next trip run smoothly. Not one complaint, thank you all so much!

We had a lovely room overlooking the circle/fountain. There was a surprise bottle of Cave in our room on ice - very lovely touch. Bathroom very modern - room spacious and bed very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was convenient, just a short distance from the metro and the airport. The amenities were nice, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The interior of the building created a cozy and safe atmosphere. I loved our experience and will definitely return!
