매니저님도, 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셨어요. 영어를 잘 못하시는 분들도 최선을 다해 도와주셨고요. 공용 목욕탕도 혼자 가기에는 괜찮았어요. 주방 쪽에 있는 음료 자판기에서 마신 말차도 정말 맛있었어요. 글란싯에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다.

24시간 직원이 상주하고, 캡슐 포드는 매우 편안하고 짐 보관 옵션이 있습니다. (호텔 욕실은 공용 욕실이라는 점을 명심하세요.)

The name comfort does reflect the name. The hotel is near the akihabara station, and the lounge is very comfortable. I like this hotel. Quite pricey, but I think it's worth the price.

was a pleasure experience, the staff was great, the hotel was clean, I surely recommend this hotel if you traveling alone and don't have a big luggage but if you do go with a big luggage make sure to book the single room

Very satisfied, it was my 2nd time here. But unfortunately you need to pay 200¥ now if you want to rent pajamas (200¥/day). Last time they gave it free each day. But overall still a good capsule hotel if you want to spend around Akihabara.
