This is an old hotel, probably from the 70's, but everything works, the grounds are nice, it's conveniently located near the lake, and the offer real coffee for breakfast.

I really loved the royal look they gave to the property....everything was so perfect...staff, food, views...only thing i think they should work on is there bathrooms....i personally found it really outdated and lacks cleanliness. I really enjoyed staying here.

Nice property, close to the main Pushkar area, can look at the whole town from the property as it is on a hill top, food was good, they cooked us food per request , service was excellent , would recommend it highly. Stayed Dec 2024

Bathroom smelled of urine

I stayed at this property for a night with my parents. Really cordial and polite staff always ready to serve. We wanted to eat proper Rajasthani dinner which was not available on the menu that night. When we requested if it can be cooked, the chef went out of the way to cook an elaborate meal just for the three of us and within a couple of hours we had the best soul food ever. I recommend this place for its proximity to the lake, supportive staff, heritage architecture & experience, and cleanliness of the rooms and other areas.

We had a very nice stay at Gulaab Niwaas Palace. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything that we expected. Being located on the top of a hill gave us beautiful views of Pushkar and the surroundings.

1 km away from the crowdy Pushkar market, we took some rest at this magnificent Palace, had one of the best vegetarian diners we had this time in India, enjoyed the view on the lake and the mountains around, were awaken by the birds, had breakfast in the garden. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel is within 1/2 hour walking distance to the Brahman Temple and or Pushkar Lake (or within 5 mins driving distance). The staff were very friendly and were gave the necessary guidance wherever required.

Not well managed at all

Fabulous stay at Gulaab Niwaas. Imposing vantage point to soak in the peace and spirituality of Pushkar. Close yet away from the hustle and bustle. Very tranquil and relaxing surroundings.

It is a bit out of town, but we liked that. The food was okay and they were great to accommodate food allergies.

Several of us who had booked via Expedia had no record at all of a reservation with the hotel. They managed to find us rooms, but we could easily have been stuck in a remote town late at night with nowhere to stay! The rooms varied in cleanliness, but mind was pretty dirty with dirty sheets, dirty toilet that wasn’t bolted to floor, and the towel had blue paint splatters on it, for some reason.

The room was fabulous. The grounds were beautiful Manager a bit surly Our waiter was lovely with very good English
