포트리의 중심지에 위치한 곳으로 이동이 용이하며 아침 식사가 충분하게 제공되었음. 객실에서 와이파이 속도가 느렸고 공간도 좀 좁았지만 조용하고 깨끗했음. 렌트한 차의 타이어에 문제가 생겼는데 의사소통에 어려움이 있어 곤란해 할 때 여직원이 친절하게 도와주어 보험사와 자동차 수리센터에 전화로 연락해 주며 자세하게 처리 방법과 절차를 알려 주어 일이 잘 해결되어 정말 고마웠음. 체크아웃할 때 인사를 하고 싶었는데 볼 수가 없어 그냥 돌아오게 되어 아쉬었으며 후기를 통해 다시 한번 감사의 말을 전하고 싶음.

No car parking.

There are a few on street parking areas right in front that are available to use between 6pm - 8/9:00 am. The rooms are above a bar but it closed down around 11:00. Any room on the third floor is the quietest, but very hot and there are no fans. While the window opens, it took forever to cool down and never really got below 72 to sleep. We stayed in late June. There was no air conditioning. The included breakfast is for hearty meat lovers and while they offered a vegetarian option, they were out of it. Most cafe/coffee shops don’t open until 9:00. The twin room beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean but the carpet badly needs replaced but it was clean. In the US, this would be a step below a Holiday Inn but above a red roof inn, so perfectly fine for one night to do the amazing sights that await on the loop!

Great central location , bar downstairs and restaurant, good breakfast. Parking was 2 blocks away., the only downfall.

Nice friendly staff when checking in. The ladies helping at breakfast were so nice and the breakfast was greatly appreciated.

It met our one night stay needs. Very basic accommodations, but clean. Staff was nice.

The location of the hotel is convenient to access the Portree Harbour. The staff also share advice where to park the car. They are friendly and helpful.

clean comfortable stay

A busy local pub with simple clean basic rooms, ‘Hotel’ is a bit rich. Overwhelmed by tourism on. Friday night with a heaving bar, live music and constant stream of people looking for supper, it’s heroic staff were great. As a resident I was found a very late sitting supper which was expensive and of modest quality. The rooms have cardboard walls. Breakfast was well served but again very modest, no fresh fruit, yoghourt one waitress. Clean, good staff, but poor value for money

We hardly had a wink of sleep in the tiny first floor room we were allocated at this pub (I hesitate to call it an hotel) because of the noise from the lively bar below. Even when the pub emptied some time after midnight the disturbance continued as staff quarters were situated directly above us and, once they left the bar, loudly creaking floorboards continued to keep us awake until much later. But when we went down for Sunday morning breakfast at 9.15 we were told it had finished at 9a.m. and, though we had been told on check-in it would be served until 10, the staff were unrelenting. Later I spoke to the manager who promised a refund for their error, but none has been forthcoming. The whole two-night experience was poor, we could not wait to leave!

Very central location. No parking but not really an issue as local parking can be paid for cheaply from 6pm to 10am for fixed fee.
