C’est l’inconvénient d’un appart’ hôtel, il n’y a pas de réception et il faut tout faire à partir de codes . Le plus ennuyeux est l’absence de bagagerie pour le dernier jour avant de reprendre la route de l’aéroport. Il faut que l’on se rappelle à une bagagerie privée que l’on paye en plus avec des horaires très variables. Montréal et sûrement une ville, chère pour l’ hôtellerie mais ici, le rapport qualité prix n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que nous connaissons en France

Great location (close to metro, shops and restaurants), the unit was spacious and equipped for a basic stay (including laundry facilities). But property is obviously outdated and not well maintained (stains on the sofa, dirt in the corners, broken blind chains). Very few toiletries available, tv and some lights did not work, poor sound insulation between units/outdoors. There was also a bad odour of garbage/mildew in the lobby and unit. Overall it was fine for a short stay, but value for money was poor.

It’s basically an apartment. The walls are rather thin. I could hear the activities of the couple beside me. Comfy bed and good location if you need to be in that part of Montreal. The code for the door and then the inside door and then the elevator and then your room is a bit of a production if you are going in and out very often.

The stay was overall just okay. The space is convenient with a washer/dryer and kitchen, however they do not provide smaller things like laundry soap. Sheets were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed and pillows were on the harder side, but the room had a blackout curtain which was nice.

Great location. Shops restaurants but no noise in the apartment. Easy to get a cab from street.

Clean facilities. As we were staying for 6 nights, host provided cleaning services in the middle of our stay. Appliances and kitchenware were available and complete. Can't beat the location. Metro across the street and great eateries all around the block.

Bra sängar. Bra kök, men saknade lite mer glas och lite andra tillbehör. Lite enkel inredning. Lite bökigt med alla koder som skall knappas in hela tiden. Bra läge och bra AC (dock lite högljudd)

My boyfriend and I traveled from NY to Montreal for our anniversary. We stayed for 4 days & 3 nights at Pierce Boutique Apartment Hotel & overall our stay was fairly comfortable. The room was spacious & we appreciated the two complimentary water bottles that were available. We did have a few issues during our stay. The major issue was that there were stains on the sheets and towels. I’m sure they were washed but I shouldn’t have to guess as the guest. We also had 4 remotes for 2 televisions & only 1 remote worked for both tvs. However, the tv struggled to remain connected to the wifi network anyway so it remained off most of our stay. The instruction poster in the entryway stated that the room’s temperature could be toggled with a screen on the air units below the window & that was not present. Lastly, we had an issue with the light in the closet as there was no switch for it but late at night it began to intermittently blink on and off. Many of these things were minor inconveniences & small oversights that can easily be remedied.
