The apartment was clean and stylish. We had ample room for five adults, and the staff were very kind and patient with our limited Spanish. We also loved the neighborhood in Condesa.

The staff is very generous! I enjoyed the location of this hotel. The ambience of the room was fantastic.

We loved the apartment and the location! Very family friendly neighborhood with great playgrounds and dining options nearby (all within 10min walk). Would stay again!

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of condesa with so many restaurants, coffee shops, and Walmart express within a 5 min walk. We walked to the Parque Espana and Parque Mexico daily in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, each of the 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The view from the balcony was great too. It’s nice to have an elevator take you straight to your room

Excellent property, wonderful location and staff were suburb. Family of five stayed in three bedroom apartment. Absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. We definitely recommend. Door and reception staff were amazing.

Extremely renovated! Comfortable. Most needs available, very comfortable for a family. We loved the daily cleaning services. Very convenient location close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. Only downside is the apartment doesn’t have central AC, rooms were hot in Spring. Cannot complain about anything else. We truly enjoyed staying there.

I had a beautiful private garden patio out side of my bathroom. And outside of my bedroom..overlooking the city. I highly recommend this property. I do hope to return.

This serviced apartment stay was in a central location. We liked that there was 24/7 staff at the entrance and they were friendly. We also liked the apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately it was not a restful stay because there was a very loud machine pump noise which made it very difficult to get sleep during the night. Sometimes we would fall asleep and it would wake us up. It would start around 6 am and continue for most of the day. This was not construction or city noise - it was within the building. We let them know and they were not able to do anything about it. Also there was not reliable hot water. It would be on for 3-5 minutes and then get very cold. Finally the bathroom had a bad smell of standing water. For these reasons I really would not recommend this accommodation.

Concierge was available 24/7. Daily housekeeping and re-stocking on beverages and snacks daily. Beautiful location.

Absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, the apartment was amazing, and the staff were so, so nice. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Best place to stay in DF

Great location. Walking distance from parks, restaurants, and shops. Great to have spaces for the whole family. Best part is the great people working there. Amazing service.

Huge 3 bed / 3 bath modern condo in a perfect location near great bars and restaurants. Perfect for Business. Not a ton of amenities. Staff was great and helpful

This property is very clean and smells great. It’s well located around lots of small restaurants and Parque Mexico. However, and it’s a big one, only one of the three bedrooms is air conditioned! All the days of my stay were 90 degrees and this was at times debilitating. Caveat emptor

Our stay here was excellent. The studio apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable bed and loads of sunshine. Hot water was sufficient however, the showerhead flow made it difficult to shower, Making it almost an increase in time in the shower. Front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. we will definitely stay here again.
