우리는 이 호텔이 얼마나 세련된지에 깜짝 놀랐습니다! 모든 직원이 스타일리시하게 차려입었고, 호텔 장식과 건축물의 분위기는 부인할 수 없이 매력적이었습니다. OMO7에 대해 우리를 사로잡은 것은 체크인 시 제공되는 환영 음료, 카페에서 무료로 제공하는 매일 밤 음료, 공용 욕실 라운지에 과일 맛 팝시클을 위한 냉동고 등 사소하고 고급스러운 터치였습니다. 이 모든 것이 경험을 훨씬 더 특별하게 만들었습니다. 강력히 추천합니다!

Recommend this hotel for a great family vacation! The breakfast was incredibly tasty and the sauna facilities were superb.

room was great... but receptionist was the worst, kept calling since 10.30 and warned us if check out late then will charge!! end up checking out only 5 mins late and still charged us 1,650yen, but we argued then didn't pay. it was an unpleasant ending for the stay at this hotel... also cafe staff was rude and forceful... they need to train staff hospitality badly, for such high hotel group chain in japan.
