가족여행으로 너무 훌륭한곳. 친절한 직원, 깨끗한 방. 좋은 위치.

위치상으로 포르토 어디를 가던 쉽게 갈수 있고 상벤투역이 가까워서 다른 도시로 가기로 편했습니다. 중심가에 있어서 낡은 건물일까 걱정했는데 내부는 리모델링한 신축건물이었으며 카운터 직원분도 매우 친잘하셨습니다. 현관키도 따로있어서 보안상 안전해서 좋았습니다. 단 직원이 24시간 상주하지 않는다는 점은 잘생각해보시고 예약하시기바랍니다.

시내 근접성 좋고, 무엇보다도 깨끗하고 친절해서 인상적이었습니다.

숙소 전체적으로 나쁘지 않았으나 주방이 협소하고 구석구석 보수해야할 부분들이 보입니다 가격대비 엘리베이터도 있고 위치도 괜찮은편이나 아침 질이 떨어져요 매일 피크닉박스에 똑같은 빵, 우유 주스 햄치즈 배달해주는데 질이 많이 떨어져요 나중에는 그대로 반납했네요

위치가 너무 좋아요. 주변에 경찰도 항상 있어서 안전하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 조식은 방으로 가져다 주는데 메뉴 개선이 필요합니다 . 수압이 너무 쌔서 샤워하기 너무 불편해요. 살이 찢어지는 느낌이에요. 방은 깔끔하고 부엌사용 가능해서 좋았습니다. 다시 머물고 싶긴해요. 리셉션 직원 너무 친절합니다.

직원들은 친절했고 방은 크고 깨끗했어요. 호텔 위치도 샹벤투역이랑 가깝고 어디든 걸어가기 좋은 위치에 있어요. 조식은 아침에 바구니에 담아 방 앞에 가져다 주세요. 정말 모두 다 만족하고 좋았는데, 한가지 아쉬웠던 건 한명이 샤워하고 바로 다음사람이 샤워하면 따뜻한물이 안나와요 아침에 시간이 없어서 그냥 찬물로 샤워했네요ㅠㅠ 그래서 다른때는 간격 넓게 두고 샤워했어요

직원이 엄청 친절해요.위치도 굿~청결도, 가성비도 굿입니다.

C est qu une fois rendu sur place que nous prenions connaissance que de gros travaux de construction étaient en cours derrière et au coté de l hôtel… de forts bruits dès 7h30 le matin toute la semaine. L hôtel n’a pas voulu nous dédommager car disait que les travaux n etaient pas dans l hôtel même. Sinon l emplacement la propreté et les commodités de la chambre etaient parfaites.

Centrally located. Only issue was cleanliness - it really smelt of bleach, which is great except it wasn’t a safe level to breathe in.

The apartment was clean. The air conditioning keep us cool.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I’ll start with the positive - the apartment itself was really clean , spacious and had everything I needed. The location of the property is perfect for exploring Porto. I stayed during Sao Joao and this was definitely a good street to be on as it was close to the party but a little quieter. The only slight issue, which is why I marked it down, was the check in. As my flight landed in the evening, had messaged the property at the time of booking , and they advised the receptionist was on til 10pm. I even checked the property information a couple of days before my trip and was still listed as check in til 10pm. So imagine my surprise when I turned up to find no receptionist. I called the number and the lady was helpful , and gave me instructions to retrieve the keys from the safe. However it was very unsettling as a solo female traveller , when the check in wasn’t as advertised. The next day (when I did the check in formalities) the receptionist told me that they had changed the time a couple of months previously - however I had no communication at all. She said they have no way to contact customers directly (when booking through a site like hotels.com) but that was confusing when I had exchanged messages. I think if you book this property , and you are landing later, it might be best to call them directly to ensure you get the correct information. All that being the case, I would still consider booking again.

Wij hebben met plezier in deze appartementenhotel gelogeerd. Wij waardeerde de netheid. En zullen er zeker weer verblijven bij ons volgende bezoek aan Porto

Great location. It was very clean and roomy

Nicely located. Metro close by but central enough to walk to pretty much anywhere. The room was very nice though I felt the a/c could have been better. It was an unusually hot few days and it's just a preference to have a chilly room. There is no 24 hours person at the desk so you pin code into the building.

The location was great and felt very safe, and check in was easy, but the communication was slow. We did not have a way to use the Murphy bed which we had intended on using (it was locked), tried to reach out for help, and never got a response.

Kitchen sink and small stovetop too tight and was a challenge to use. Small shower roughly 30" x 36. Otherwise, all worked well, very nice window overlooking the street below.

Muito bem localizado, quarto amplo e espaçoso, com sala e uma mini copa-cozinha. Limpeza diária! Recomendo!!! Excelente custo-beneficio!
