전체 평가 및 리뷰 Romantik Residenz Ferienwohnungen Hotel Im Weissen Rössl

4층(108호)로 배정받아 볼프강이 한눈에 보였습니다. 샤프베르크승강장이 가까이 있지만 11월이라 운행하지않았습니다. 츠뵐퍼호른 케이블카는 차로 20분 거리에있었습니다. 룸컨디션이 너무 좋았고 주방에는 음식을 만들 수 있는 도구들이 다양하게 있어서 저녁을 만들어 먹기 좋았습니다:) 단점은 엘레베이터가 없다는점과 룸청소 및 수건교체를 3일에 한번 해주어 3박4일을 묵은 우리 가족은 룸 청소른 받을 수 없었습니다

일반가정집처럼 왠만한것이 다 갖추어져있다.단지 세탁기만 없을뿐.호텔과의 거리는 조금 떨어져 있으며, 주변 식음료가게가 일찍 문을 닫는다.

The staff were really friendly, and the view was also really great. The room was so nice, clean and big. But, the picture of hotels.com is totally not true. The pictures looks like this apartment has it, however, actually this apartment is quite far from main building that they don't have any spa, swimming pool or any staffs at there. The apartment is quite old, there is no elevator that if you have many baggage... you might be scured up. Also, I couldn't find any heating control that the room was so cold, but even I couldn't find any phone for connecting many building's reception. Hotels.com should changed the pictures, and have to mention it is not main building as easy customer to find it.

위치 분위기가 좋았어요

3층 호수전망 아파트는 굉장한 뷰를 보여줌. 시설은 깨끗하게 잘 정돈되어있으며, 사용하는데 있어 아무런 불편이 없었음. 8~9대 주차가능한 무료 전용 주차장이 건물 뒷편에 있으므로 렌트카 이용시에도 편리함. 리셉션(빨간색 호텔건물 1층)이 도보 7분거리에 떨어져 있어 다소 불편할 수 있으나, 가는 도중 예쁜 가게 등 구경거리가 많고 리셉션 직원이 친절함. 탄산수, 샴페인, 주스로 구성된 웰컴 선물도 받음. 수건 갯수가 넉넉히 구비되어 있어 불편함은 없었으나 2박 동안 아파트 청소는 안해줌. 잘츠볼프강에 다시 간다면 다시 숙박할 의사있음.

여기 체크인은 white Horse호텔에서 진행됩니다. 처음방문자에게는 설명이 부족합니다. 그이외 호텔 시설이라던가 전망은 너무나 좋습니다. 하지만 에어컨이 없어 낯에는 다소 더울수 있으며 창문을 열게되면 벌레가 날아들어올수 있으니 주의하세요

오스트리아 여행중 가장좋았던 볼프강시와 숙소 숙소분위기, 숙소시설, 마을, 샤프베르크산 호수 모든것이 너무나도 조화로워서 기억에 남을 여행이 되었다. 또다시 가고 싶은 곳으로 손꼽는다.

Good location, Price and Service

The apartment is under renovation. The whole building surrounded by scaffolding. Anyone can climb in very easy. The front desk in another hotel. It take 10 minutes walk. It is very inconvenient for having heavy luggage It is not worth €450 per night!

Sehr schöne Location mit eigenem Badeplatz. Alles hat gepasst, hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub.

We stayed in an off-site apartment in the village, which was lovely. Highly recommend.

The view from the pool over the lake was incredible.

Great hotel and helpful, friendly staff. Walking up 3 flights to our room was a chore. Outdoor pool and location on the lake was excellent. The village there is perfect.

The room are not in the hotel are far the way and hard to fined and no elevator had to hiking 5 Floor no vifi. Take us long time and paid more money to Change the room in the hotel building really bad experience.,.,,,...

Picturesque hotel in one of the great beauty spots of the world. We were originally given an efficiency apartment in a separate building a ten minute walk from the hotel, but when we found it did not suit us, we spoke with the front desk and we got exactly what we wanted: a room with a lake view in the main building with breakfast and access to the spa facility. The breakfast was delicious, too.

Also unerwartete zusatzgebühren!! service najakönnte besser werden!

Large apartment. Family friendly. Poor instructions for check in offsite. Not on premises of main hotel, a 5 min walk away. Can use amenities of hotel which are great.
