숙소시설은 방이좁아서 좀 불편했지만 리셉션에 있는ISRAEL 직원은 정말친절했다 여행 중 만난사람 중에 최고였다 정말정말 감사하다는 말을 전하고싶다

Segunda vez que ficamos nesse hotel. Pena que dessa vez o chão do quarto estava super sujo. Pedimos para limparem novamente e mesmo assim fizeram um serviço bem mal-feito e continuou sujo.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bairro tranquilo. Nossa estadia foi muito tranquila, a recepcionista teve o cuidado de nos transferir de quarto ao saber que meu marido estava machucado, e isso foi importantíssimo para nossa estadia. Quarto é pequeno, roupas de cama limpas. Único ponto a melhorar de fato é a cortina do banheiro, quem sabe se fosse de um plástico duro, não teria cheiro de mofo e não grudaria em nós enquanto tomamos banho, além disso, o ralo tem do box tem pouca vazão de água o que impossibilita um banho de qualidade. 7/10.

No AC during an heat wave made it unbearable even during the night, woke up constantly and could not go back to sleep, Otherwise the staff were very welcoming, and the location is not far from two subway stations-15 min walk with a Sainsbury 5 minutes walk.

The location was excellent, the reception staff were excellent, the facilities were at best adequate. The budget double with no window we booked was ok for an overnight stay, however, you get what you pay for! Nowhere to store your phone compact space was exactly what it is. The best feature was the air conditioning, greatly used overnight during May’s record breaking heatwave. The room was in total darkness ( and I mean, total darkness! ) once the light was switched off. Wi-Fi signal was great, however, we had no internet connection. We didn’t complain as we were only there for one night. Overall an ok experience, not the best, not the worst. A few subtle changes would make it a lot better in our experience.

eğer ilk defa londraya geliyorsanız konumu heryeri gezmek için iyi değil, ama konum cok güvenli ve lüks bir muhitte. Oda asyadaki kapsül odaları aratmıyor minicik, penceresi yok diğer odalardan ses cok kolay geliyor. Bu bizi rahatsız etmedi ama fotograflarda daha büyük duruyordu

Cheap hotel option for the area, which did the job for a couple of nights. The room was very cramped (but that was expected & reflected in the cost). It wasn't particularly clean, but the bed was comfy and it had air conditioning. All in all, a very 'okay' stay!

Ótima localização. A recepcionista Maria foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. É minha 2ª vez no hotel, continua ótimo.

Nice location/ nice staff/ okay room but no windows so beware if claustrophobic.

Room size pathetic. Unable to manoeuvre around. Other guests extremely noisy. Hoovering at 11.45pm. No provisions in room/shower. Would not use again.

Very clean room, very friendly staff

Rooms were not clean. One of our party had to change rooms because sheets were obviously dirty and there was a smell in the room. New room had clean sheets but the room was not great and was cold with mold and condensation. One member of staff was grumpy and unhelpful, the other 2 were polite. Great location. We weren’t looking for perfection but expected it to be clean. Would not stay again.

No central heating, v limited facilities, no lift, minimal staff, mouldy bathroom and damp windows
