모든 시설이 조금 낡고 객실에 아주작은 곤충이 많이 나오네요. 보통수준 입니다.

침대도 많고 넓고 청결상태도 좋아요. 침대매트리스도 좋고 이불도 깨끗해 이틀을 꿀잠잤네요. 거기다 14층이고 뻥 뚫린 바다뷰라 정말 행복했습니다. 독일인 호스트가 있어 공항픽업 후 체크인 시간에 맞춰 체크인해주셨고, 레지던스까지 가는 길에 이것저것 설명도 많이 해주셨어요. 다만, 욕실에 샤워기 수압이 너무 낮아 그게 문제더라구요ㅠ 그외에는 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다!

호스트 친절하시고 수영장 넓고 깨끗하고 주방용품 다 갖춰져있음. 레지던스라 목욕용품은 없음. 예상한대로 주편 편의시설 이용하려면 그랩을 타고 나가야만함. 전용해변이 없어 해수욕장을 이용하지못한 점이 아쉬움. 전반적으로 조용히 잘쉬다옴. 예상

위치가 외져서 그랩이 안잡혔고 호텔과는 달리 서비스가 좀 별로였다. 풀도 크기가 작았다. 가격이 저렴해서 선택했는데 그만큼만기대하시면 될거같다.

2배드룸을 사용했는데 방간 방음이 전~~혀 안된다 속삭이는 소리까지 다 들린다 원래 방 1개짜리에 간이 칸막이로 막아놓은 것으로 크기도 엄청 작다

본 호텔은 가성비가 좋아요. 면적도 넓고요. 그런데 청결 면에서 조금 아쉽고, 정보가 너무 부족했습니다. 수영장도 한 군데만 사용가능하고, 연결된 수영장 ( 타호텔의)사용시 추가 금액 지불 하여야 합니다.

Nice room, wonderful view, kind host. when we just reach there, was 1.30+. we supposed to reach there by 12.30am. He waiting for us to pick us up more than an hour but still so kind to us. before go to the hotel, he brought us to shopping centre to buy something to eat. Room also was so clean and have wonderful view there.

Great space for what we needed it for. We were able to utilize the kitchen. Hosts had great communication. Wonderful view!

Great view but a/c in the bedroom was not working properly. Manager knew about the problem at check in and never fixed it. No public beach nearby. You can pay the property next door to use their beach. Listing says free airport shuttle. Manager tried to tell me no shuttle was available when I arrived when I asked for reimbursement for my own transportation he found a shuttle but one not provided when leaving. Ok property but I don’t thing I would stay here again.

It was nice and very conveniently located. Highly recommend bringing bug spray

Very nice condo unit with the nice ocean view, the place is quite too . I surely comeback .

The hallway smells and the pool, not enough toiletries, not close enough to everything our room never gets clean for 3 nights

The view from our room was beautiful, and the staff was always available to help us enjoy our stay. The pool was very nice.

We were greeted by the host of the condo and he's very friendly , and the apartment we're so cleaned.

Great views. Feels like you’re in a ship with the decor that’s there. Host was awesome. The area is close by to many restaurants.

コストパフォーマンスは良いです。 メイン寝室のシャワーのお湯が出ない。 入り口横の便座のフタが上げてもすぐ下がってくる。バスタオルと布団カバーが少し臭うなど細かい点はありますが、マンション的な広い家族ルームを割安で借りられるのは良いと思う。

We enjoyed our stay but not exactly as we expected or see in the picture. The place us kind if far from everything and mit an easy access in the shopping mall and etc walking. You need to take a taxi. Overall it is clean and the host was great in communicating of what is needed.

We had a great stay in the corner unit at la Mirada Residences! The view from the bedroom was amazing. Appreciated the full sized bed, Air conditioning was crisp, and water jug was a nice plus! Kitchenette perfect for our needs and dining area for stay in meals. Would recommend!
