모든 시설이 조금 낡고 객실에 아주작은 곤충이 많이 나오네요. 보통수준 입니다.

침대도 많고 넓고 청결상태도 좋아요. 침대매트리스도 좋고 이불도 깨끗해 이틀을 꿀잠잤네요. 거기다 14층이고 뻥 뚫린 바다뷰라 정말 행복했습니다. 독일인 호스트가 있어 공항픽업 후 체크인 시간에 맞춰 체크인해주셨고, 레지던스까지 가는 길에 이것저것 설명도 많이 해주셨어요. 다만, 욕실에 샤워기 수압이 너무 낮아 그게 문제더라구요ㅠ 그외에는 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다!

호스트 친절하시고 수영장 넓고 깨끗하고 주방용품 다 갖춰져있음. 레지던스라 목욕용품은 없음. 예상한대로 주편 편의시설 이용하려면 그랩을 타고 나가야만함. 전용해변이 없어 해수욕장을 이용하지못한 점이 아쉬움. 전반적으로 조용히 잘쉬다옴. 예상

위치가 외져서 그랩이 안잡혔고 호텔과는 달리 서비스가 좀 별로였다. 풀도 크기가 작았다. 가격이 저렴해서 선택했는데 그만큼만기대하시면 될거같다.

2배드룸을 사용했는데 방간 방음이 전~~혀 안된다 속삭이는 소리까지 다 들린다 원래 방 1개짜리에 간이 칸막이로 막아놓은 것으로 크기도 엄청 작다

본 호텔은 가성비가 좋아요. 면적도 넓고요. 그런데 청결 면에서 조금 아쉽고, 정보가 너무 부족했습니다. 수영장도 한 군데만 사용가능하고, 연결된 수영장 ( 타호텔의)사용시 추가 금액 지불 하여야 합니다.

Nice room, wonderful view, kind host. when we just reach there, was 1.30+. we supposed to reach there by 12.30am. He waiting for us to pick us up more than an hour but still so kind to us. before go to the hotel, he brought us to shopping centre to buy something to eat. Room also was so clean and have wonderful view there.

Roland was exceptional and approachable. The place is great and excellent if you are travelling with a family.

The children enjoyed playing in the pool in the facility every day. I could watch YouTube and Netflix on my room TV. I didn't have to worry about shopping or eating because I could get to Mactan New Town right away with the grab.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host. Highly recommend! Great location for the beach, island hopping, food and general island stuff. It’s my third time on Mactan and this was by far my best experience apartment wise. Wonderfully helpful host. Easy to communicate with and tentative.

We were thoroughly impressed by this property’s breathtaking view and the exquisite decor which far exceeded our expectations. Among the Hotels and Condotels we’ve stayed at, this ONE stands out as one of the BEST. We would definitely stay here again. Roland’s communication skills are excellent and Thomas is a distinctive Character are awesome.

It was so quite and peaceful there. The owners, greet you as well and are very great people. The staff very friendly,

セブ島での滞在は、このホテルのおかげで本当に快適なものとなりました。 まず、迎えてくださったスタッフさんがとても明るく親切でした。 何か困ったことや質問があれば、つながったLINEですぐに相談に乗ってくれる頼もしい存在で、感謝しています。 お部屋は広々としていて、キッチンが備え付けられているので、まるで暮らしているような気分で旅を楽しむことができました。 近くのプライベートビーチは有料（650ペソ/1人）ですが、お食事も含まれているうえに人も少なく、静かにリラックスできました。 この料金でこの快適さは十分に価値があると感じました。 唯一の小さな不便は、歩ける距離にスーパーやコンビニがないことでしたが、Grabを利用すればすぐにタクシーが手配でき、どこへでも気軽に行けるので特に問題はありませんでした。 お部屋の鍵の開け閉めに少し手間取ることがありましたが、大きな問題ではなく、ホテルの美しいロケーションがそれを補って余りあるほどでした。 特に、寝室の窓からは海が見え、朝日が昇る様子を眺めることができ、朝から幸せな気持ちになれました。 総じて、素晴らしい施設とスタッフのおかげで、セブ島での思い出がとても特別なものになりました。 また機会があればぜひ再訪したいです。

2家族で宿泊。部屋も綺麗で、トイレも清潔。必要な物も持ってきて貰えてよかった。プールも利用できて、子供たちは楽しんでました。歯ブラシは持参が必要。ロビーでランドリーサービスも利用させてもらい、楽しい旅になりました

よかったと思います。ちょっとだけはずれにあるので、そこだけで・・・

Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation.
