Great hotel. Friendly. Breakfast was yummy. Only complaint would be the pillows, too hard.

La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda, con muebles de muy buena calidad y equipada con refrigerador, lavabo, hornilla, y lo necesario para cocinar. La cama muy cómoda. El baño grande y muy limpio. Cuenta con todas las conexiones necesarias para trabajar en remoto. El desayuno es variado, buen sazón y generoso. El personal es muy eficiente, amable, y resuelven al momento. Este hotel lo recomiendo tanto para estancia familiar como ejecutiva. Les va a gustar.

Completely surprised me as someone who travel to León this place was above my expectations. Clean rooms, friendly personal it was just great! Above all ai loved loved the soft beds if you know you know! Thank you Staybridge for an amazing stay.

Everything perfect.

Amazing hotel! I’ve stayed in so many hotels in Leon GTO and surrounding town and this hotel by far has been one of the best! Beds are super comfortable which was a huge plus! The rooms are clean and modern, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also good although it changed everyday and some were not as good as others. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%!

La habitacion muy limpia y muy comoda, asi como el trato del personal amable. El desayunos con variedad de alimentos y muy rico.

Desde que llegamos antes de las buenas tardes, nos dijo la recepcionista que el hotel estaba lleno. Ni siquiera le pedimos un cambio ni nada, me parece descortés. A los clientes de a lado les ofrecieron botellas de agua, cuando yo pedí una me dijo que estaría en el cuarto y me pareció grosera que teniendo ahí, no los ofreciera una. Además en la habitación solo había una botella de agua, cuando pagué una estancia para 3. En el comedor había una cucaracha. Al tener perros ahí la alfombra es muy sucia. El desayuno estuvo bien.

restaurant staff was not checking their coffee machine was not working. Needed to refill coffee in two machines. Also, at times they forgot cutlery. Was either short or forgotten upon eating from their restaurant or free breakfast. Really nice facility and great staff and bedding was excellent!
