좋은 객실과 창문에서 보이는 전망이지만 조금 작고 깨끗하지만 AC는 내가 원하는 대로 구성할 수 없지만 직원들은 휴대용 선풍기로 좋은 해결책을 제시했습니다. MRT 역 근처. 4*/5*

꽤 오래된 호텔입니다. 방은 깨끗하지만 낡아보입니다. 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않았지만 우리가 불평한 후에는 꽤 도움이 되었습니다. 하지만 여전히 좋은 경험입니다. 유니버셜 스튜디오와 매우 가깝습니다!

Amazing hotel at the heart of Osaka. Close to two stations, JR bentencho, and Osaka Metro Bentencho, very convenient for getting around. Also only 3 stops away to USJ. Room size for even the basic room is very large especially for Japan standard. Facility and service is top notch.

이 호텔의 첫인상은 정말 최고였습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 객실은 두 사람이 묵기에 충분히 넓었으며, 세벨이나 다른 레스토랑들과도 매우 가까웠습니다. 강력 추천합니다. 그리고 중요한 점 하나는 벤텐초역에서 매우 가깝다는 것입니다. 이 호텔이 정말 마음에 듭니다. ART HOTEL Osaka Bay Tower, 감사합니다.

Hotel feels like a five star! We stayed in a triple room at sky floor and amenities were complete where we get a bunch of oils and skin care. Room also equipped with a superb coffee/ tea maker and complimentary smartphone that we can borrow to guide us around the city. Room size is great! Train station is just next door connecting us with Airport JR and also local train. Free shuttle bus to USJ. Value for money and will definitely book here again if we visit Osaka.

Lokasi cukup strategis dan mudah dijangkau. Sangat dekat dengan metro station dan bus stop. Ada fasilitas antar jemput bus shuttle gratis (terjadwal) ke Universal Studio jadi sangat memudahkan. Ada fasilitas peminjaman handphone gratis untuk dibawa jalan-jalan. View dari hotel sangat bagus. Sarapan mantap.
