도심가운데로 숙박후 이동이 너머 좋았습니다. 근거리이동하기에 너무 좋아요

위치가 일단 매우 좋구, 친절합니다. 좋습니다.

너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 길가에 있는게 아니라 약간 찾기 어려웠어요 사진이랑 똑같은 숙소였고 인테리어도 너무 이뻤어요. 필요한것들 다 구비되어있습니다. 오래 지내고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 상점가랑 가깝지만 시끄럽지않은 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 적극 추천합니다

Great location in the heart of the city, easy walking distance to everything. We liked that this room has a separate bedroom and sitting area. Bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE which was a very welcome surprise after all the walking we did during the day. Would absolutely recommend this location and stay there again. Other good things to note- good heating, black out drapes, hair dryer, two different coffee makers and a kettle for tea, good selection of dishes/utensils, pots and pans (although we didn’t use much). Nice deep soaking tub (apt 5), great water pressure, and the best drinking water right out of the faucet.

Nous avons attendu un quart d’heure dehors car nous n’avions pas reçu le code de la porte d’entrée. Il n’y avait pas de gel douche non plus. L’appartement est jolie et propre assez spacieux. Il est équipé en ustensile de cuisine pour 3 et pas 4.

We stayed here for 3 nights towards the end of our Iceland tour, this property is in the heart of the city centre meaning loads of shops and places to eat close by. Check-in was presented by email and we had no issues with, the apartment overall is nice with kitchen and bathroom amenities however I would not stay here again on account of the flooring/noise from upstairs. We were based on the second level and had a couple upstairs from us, during our time the tv upstairs was so loud we could hear the words, the couple stomped about like elephants and on our last night we had the joy of listening to them getting it on. Quite frankly this ruined the property for us and we didn’t enjoy. Whilst I would put most of the blame on the tenants above the floors here aren’t wood/tile/carpet but instead what I can only suggest is some resin coating perhaps? I would suggest to put something else down as it doesn't help soundproof the room. To note we stayed in 2 other busy places 1 apartment and 1 hotel and despite these being packed we never had any issue with sound. Having looked at reviews on tripadviser it’s clear that other guests have had the same issue so the owner should perhaps look into carpets/rugs in the 3rd level as listening to someone stomp about the apartment is not how I want to spend my money.

Very good place and in the heart of Reykjavik, overall good experience. Newd to fix the living room lights but overall, not a big deal since we are out most of the day.

Die Wohnung war zwar ganz anders, als bei der Buchung dargestellt, aber sehr neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt.

Excellent cozy apartment that had provided electric stove, kettle, toaster and fridge, which made cost savings cooking our own breakfast and meals. Location is very close to city center while providing a quiet place to sleep in. It even included a washer and dryer in a shared common area, saved us lugging bags of clothes to a laundromat in town. Overall we would come back again.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Very convenient.

Location is fabulous, it was walking distance to everything! View from the deck (could see Hallgrimskirkja) was lovely. Would be great to have something to put our suitcases on. We didn't want to put them on the floor, so we had to use the couch/coffee table and the dining table for ours, which left us with no place to eat and very little room to sit. But the apartment met our needs. Would also love hooks in the bathroom, but ultimately, the location is why we chose this apartment and that was terrific.

Die Unterkunft ist stark hellhörig zur Decke hin. Zumindest ab dem 1. Stockwerk nach oben. Offenbar sind in den Apartments ganz oben Holzdielen verlegt und man hört absolut jeden Schritt. Die Reinigung vor meiner Ankunft war leider nicht sehr gründlich. In der Mikrowelle stand noch ein mit Soße und Fett vermierter Teller. In den habe ich natürlich reingefasst, da die Mikrowelle leicht erhöht steht und ich nicht auf den Teller schauen konnte. Alles andere an dem Apartment sowie Umgebung ist allerdings super und nicht zu beanstanden.

Bedding for the pull out sofa was incomplete and what was there was stained or had holes. Minor items like a non functioning shower soap dispenser, no bath mat (kinda of needed), could use some attention.

The apartment location was perfect. Near everything and main bus station 18 min walk away. ‘Bonus’, local grocery store, just the corner was convenient! Apartment has everything needed.

Great location very close to bus stop, near to groceries where you can buy Food and cook in the apartment to save money.

Great location. Lovely warm inside when outside was freezing. Bathroom could do with more cleaning especially the shower area and curtain. The warmth as soon as you entered the building was very welcoming. Property had everything we needed for a short stay

This apartment was so amazing! Super clean and cozy. Located right by all the big sites and delicious restaurants!

Everything excellent. Shower drain doesn't work.
