部屋が寒い

This is a very new hotel. The room is very spacious, all facilities are in quite good conditions. It close to Taiyuan Street which used to be very popular shopping area in Shenyang but not now. The traffics in this area are always busy. You may need to wait for longer time to call a taxi or uber. Buffet breakfast is standard, a lot of variety of food. But there is no fresh juice, only tea coffee and milk.

I arrived hotel in the morning and didn’t expect I can get check in. But the front desk girl is very polite and helpful. She managed to find a room and let me checked in straight away!

Lovely hotel, however after travelling all day we ordered room service at the end of the day. Unfortunately, me and my partner got food poisioning from the food making the rest of our travel very hard. We asked staff about extending our visas as we didn’t think we would make our flight due to the illness and staff didn’t know anything and were unable to signpost us to any support.

Good place, but a bit too dusty

Solid 4-star property. Very clean, and the rooms were elegant and fresh. Clean carpet and no deodorizing spray. Bathrooms had a modern appeal with a rustic wood trim. Glass panels kept the floor open. The breakfast buffet was A . Even included Swiss cheese in the deli platters. Something to eat for every pallet. The lounge is relatively ordinary. The ambiance of the club lounge was quiet, but the entrees are not kept hot enough for food safety purposes. I’ve been here over 11 times and the lounge experience continues to struggle. Colleagues and I got a bit ill in the past eating there, and I keep hoping they would improve the quality control of the entrees at the lounge buffet. Also there is now towels in the lounge restrooms. Overall I still recommend. It’s a good hotel for business travelers and it’s close to the underground boutique shopping tunnel. The staff here don’t really speak much English so speak slowly and they’ll try their best to help. The staff are good people here.

located in walkable distance to Shenyang Railway Station (20 - 25 min.) and the main shopping area, lots of dining options in the surrounding area. New hotel, advanced facilities, friendly staffs.

立地は中心部なので交通が便利で、バスタブが大きく快適に過ごせました。

Overall it’s very dirty- floor, carpet and everything! Doesn’t deserve a 5 stars rating

Place is spacious, the area is near the train station and there’s other small stores within a few minutes walk.

新しく部屋の綺麗で快適でした。　アメニティも充実しておりとても満足した滞在となりました。

Location is great, hotel condition is great, the staff and service can be improved to get to the five-star hotel level...

裝修材料刺鼻氣味很重，需要用空氣淨化機才能讓味道淡些

酒店的設計简單 干淨 大氣 舒服 細節見心思，位置好 方便 ，服务人員熱情服务 主動幫忙 有问必答，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。

お部屋はとても清潔です。特にバスルーム、洗面所がきれいで使いやすいです。サービス全般もよかったです。一つだけきになることがあったとすれば、夜中に雨が降った時に窓の手すりに打ち付ける雨音が大きく起こされたことです。

Nice clean hotel Very convenient location with excellent staff

Excellent 5 stars hotel, breakfast is wonderfull, hotel is located just in the center of Shenyang, Ideal for hanging around and shopping, very convenient for foreigners.

床很舒適又乾淨，大廳服務人員態度良好。

Ich war 8 Tage in dem Hotel. Ist erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut worden. Alles riecht noch neu. Zimmer mir großer Dusche und Rainshower. Leuder war die nächste U-Bahn Station ca 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Aber noch im grünen Bereich. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel. Für Shenyang fand Ich aber das Preisniveau etwas hoch.
