I do not usually write reviews but this was a comfortable clean property with helpful owner

All the facilities were amazing! It's very near bus stops which makes getting around super easy also has a little balcony looking on the street, and tap drinking water. :)

Establecimiento muy sucio y nada que ver con lo que vende

L'appartement n'était pas dans un état des plus propre. La salle de bain et la cuisine étaient tout juste convenable. Pas de service de chambre, pas de nom sur la porte de la chambre seulement des étiquettes de couleurs donc il fallait chercher au moyen du code à toutes les chambres pour trouver ma chambre. Aucun contact à l'endroit et personne sur place ! En définitive, pas merveilleux et à déconseiller ... décevant !!!

Very clean and organized. Very quiet and newly renovated. I loved being on the bus route close to a major bus terminal 2 min walk. I easily travelled everywhere in malta from this spot.

the cleaning of the room was poor, we found hair in the sheets, in the bathroom we found creams and other tricks for women, there was a hair dryer. There is a good big room and a kitchen to use.

le Séjour cuisine est magnifique La salle de bain commune est très bien malgrès des wc qui auraient pu être indépendants. La chambre était petite mais la literie confortable L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très bien desservi par les bus qui vont partout sur l’île

it's such a nice place to stay for a week, we arrived about 11 PM and it was not a problem to get into the flat.

I spent a week with a friend of mine in this apartment. The kitchen and the bathroom were very clean, the rooms are large enough to not feel cramped. There are a lot of parking space if you have a vehicle. There were other tenants, but it was very quiet. Karl is very available if you have any problem or if you need advice and recommendation for visits or activities to do ! I highly recomend this place :)

l'endroit est bien situé et l'appartement est très agréable avec un bon accueil de Karl. wifi un peu faible.

Bonne accueil, Ce n'es pas un hôtel, je dirais plutôt un airbnb. Pour un séjour en communauté c'est bien avec la cuisine qui est pratique pour ce faire des repas. Pour le prix c'est bien. L'insonorisation n'es pas top. une salle de bains avec toilette pour 5-6 faut pas être pressé !.

Karl is really friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and everything is laid out very well.

It is like Airbnb type of accommodation thus highly recommendable for those who wish to have some friendly environment since the host is very helpful and thoughtful. If you are looking for a hotel like service, this is not.

Karl's apartment is a nice option for people who wish to be close to the University and Hospital. Very affordable and off the regular tourist path, which we appreciated.
