3人で2泊しました。立地はとても良いと思いました。部屋も広くて、静かで、屋上のスペースもあり良いのですが、チェックインの時に、市税とクリーニング代金として、追加で合計60ユーロも請求されました。ホテルを予約して代金を支払った時には、現地での追加料金については何もきいていませんでしたので、納得しかねましたが、その場で現金で払いました。しかしレシートもなにもくれませんでした。対応はフレンドリーな感じではありませんでした。高い掃除代をとる割には、掃除はいきとどいていませんし、シャワールームの洗面台の配管が詰まっていて、水が流れず、一晩は使用できませんでした。メールにて対応をお願いしたところ、翌日、留守のあいだに排水管の掃除をしてくれたようですが、メッセージに対する返事もありませんでした。

Die Unterkunft selbst und die Lage sind sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit - insbesondere in der Küche (Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Boden) - war ungenügend.

Great location. Parking is difficult but if you drive to, say, Reumannplatz you can park there. I know it’s a hassle but it’s only €2.4 and 20 minutes and if you’re like us and are leaving your car there for a day or two it’s hardly any shoe. Parking out the front was free on the Saturday night and Sunday we were there – well, at least, that’s what we thought and we didn’t get a ticket! The apartment is spacious, three rooms with double beds, large dining table, not much lounge seating but it’s spacious and warm. A nice rooftop area if you’re there in summer. Fantastic location right adjacent to Christmas markets, and a short walk into the centre of the city to Stefan parts etc. Good communication, park out the front to offload your bags etc. Nice and close to a U. Well stocked kitchen etc

The location is central with easy access to trains and trams. Communication with the owner was also a breeze. No hassle and fast response. The property itself is very nice, spacious and modern. We particularly appreciate the facilities provided such as a good baby chair, baby bath tub,a quinny stroller and even a shopping trolley to be used for ease of convenience. Overall, it was an excellent choice! Thank u BR Erich for having us.
