호텔시설은 깨끗하고 무료제공되는 아침식사도 너무 좋았다 한가지 아쉬운 점은 수압이 너무 약해 샤워시 물편함이 있었다

지은지 얼마 안됐는지 깨끗한 환경과 실내도 좋아요 게레따로가면 다시 가고싶네욤 가격대비 최고 에요!!

Todo ok muy buen hotel en todos los aspectos

El hotel estaba muy bien antes. Era mi hotel favorito para quedarme en Querétaro. Lamentablemente los servicios no son muy buenos. El internet falló en toda mi estancia y tenía que tomar una videollamada. El desayuno del hotel muy malo. Busquen opciones fuera.

Ubicación excelente en juriquilla! Todo es muy bueno las habitaciones excelentes calidad - precio. Son muy atentos y amables

La comida rica pero tenía un hueso de pollo muy grande como para no notarlo

El general estuvo bastante bien, el personal amable y la habitación limpia.

Buen servicio en general

Es un hotel muy práctico, limpio y convenientemente ubicado. Caminando puede uno ir al supermercado o a opciones de comida informal. El estacionamiento es gratis y hay gasolineras al lado, si traes auto y si vienes en avión el aeropuerto está cerca y evitas el tráfico de la ciudad. El personal muy amable e informado.

Todo muy bien, solo que la tv no funcionaba aunque seguimos las instrucciones.

Es un hotel donde recibes por lo que pagas... entienden muy bien el valor!

The hotel has nice facilities and was generally very clean, which I appreciated. The room was comfortable, and the overall property was well maintained. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. Although I paid for a room for three people, only two towels were provided when we arrived. The bathroom design is also poor, with very little space to place toiletries and no convenient place to hang the hand towel. The water-heating system is an interesting idea, but it felt unsafe. The water temperature would occasionally spike suddenly to an extremely hot level that could potentially cause serious burns. You had to react very quickly to get out of the stream when this happened. Other small inconveniences included the lack of tissues (Kleenex), very limited amounts of shampoo and soap, and no conditioner provided. I ordered room service once during my stay. The service was friendly and fast, which I appreciated, but unfortunately I did not enjoy the food. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and cleanliness, but several design and service issues prevented it from being a better experience.
