후회 없는 선택 이었어요. 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 조식도 숙박비에 비해 너무 훌륭했습니다. 즐겁게 마무르다 갑니다.

만나는 직원들이 밝은 미소로 인사해주고, 요청사항을 친절하게 응대해줘 기분좋게 머물수 있었습니다. 서비스는 최고입니다. 수영장 사진처럼 크고 전반적인 분위기가 좋습니다. 다만, 청소상태가 5성급 고급호텔 치고는 너무 형편없었습니다. 화장실 마른 바닥에 긴 머리카락들이 뭉켜있는걸로 보아 청소를 아예 안한것처럼 보였습니다. 기본적인 바닥청소, 화장실청소는 신경써주었으면 더 좋은 호텔이 될것같습니다. 시내까지는 거리가 좀 있어 툭툭2,3달러로 이동할수있습니다.

최고였습니다 the best hotel ever!! 자연경관, 수영장, 객실, 직원서비스, 조식 무엇하나 흠잡을 데가 없었어요 일단 산책로가 너무 잘 되어있구요 주변이 조용하고 좋아요 수영장!!! The pool is the best! It feels like Venezia! It was so amazing. 객실도 참 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 고급스럽고 시공도 잘 되어 있어요. 무엇보다 직원들이 핵친절. 서비스가 뭔지 아는 분들입니다. 한국 비싼 호텔보다 더 친절해요~~ 조식도 다채롭고 맛있고 주방장까지 대동해 음식 괜찮냐고 물어봐주는 클라스 ~~ ㅠㅠ 특히 직접구운 빵이 너무 맛있더라구요. 참, 이곳에 오면 웰컴 샴페인까지 준답니다 ㅎ 특히나 제 생일인걸 세심하게 살펴 케이크로 깜짝 파티까지 해주어서 정말 못잊을 것 같아요. 여권을 봤나봐요 이야기 하지도 않았는데 정말 고마웠어요 ㅠㅠ I appreciated that you guyz threw me a surprise birthday party. Thank u so much! 다음에 꼭 다시 올게요 ~~ !! ^^

Amazing staff, food and spa. Super cool pool and facilities. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend people to stay here and I certainly would return to this hotel. It really is special and better than other hotels. The rooms were very luxurious and quality for money.

My stay at this property was nothing short of amazing. I was greeted with a bouquet of flowers because it was international women's day. Due to my Expedia status, I was upgraded to a better room. The staff really went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The spa treatments were fantastic and the dining options were tasty. Both were very reasonably priced. The property is very beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again should I return to Siem Reap

Mosquitoes are very disturb in the room but the staff are very helpful.

Great location, close to the old market, river and shopping but yet pretty quiet. Exceptional service, lots of amenities including a great spa. Authentic Cambodian breakfast buffet with just enough of all the right things. We appreciated the hotel serving Nom Banh Chok, one of the national noodles dishes. All around a wonderful stay.

Very well run place

Vi hade ett stort härligt rum med utsikt mot poolen. Det var rent och fräscht. All personal var väldigt serviceinriktade och trevliga. Detta gällde från de som var i receptionen, poolen, de som skötte trädgården samt på restaurangen. Vår mörkläggningsgardin fungerade inte vid ankomst men det åtgärdade dom väldigt snabbt.

My home away from home. Welcoming staff. Large rooms. Rey comfortable Ed. Large buffet breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Who can ask for more?

Wonderful hotel! The room was great! The pool was very nice and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Will stay again!! This hotel is excellent!!

Very good facilities rooms swimming pool

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to arrange early breakfast delivered for room service upon request, so that we can leave for airport early. Very good quality spa too. The facilities including swimming pool felt a bit dated and considerable amount of frogs on the grounds. Some small insects also came through gaps of windows but that sometimes cannot be helped in a tropical country. Overall, a very good stay and highly recommended!

3泊滞在しましたが、緑のガーデンとプールがすごく素敵なリゾート感溢れるホテルです。 部屋のお掃除も行き届いており、日本人がよく知るチェーンのホテルではありませんが、スタッフも親切でコスパもとても良いと思います。 プールが素晴らしいのでお子さん連れでもとても楽しめると思います。朝食もとても良かったです。ルームサービスを頼みバルコニーでゆったりと食事も出来ました。私達のプランは食事一回とスパ15ドル分のチケットがついたとってもお得なプランでした！スパもオススメです。

We loved being at Memoire Palace Hotel. The food was amazing. Every meal was such a treat. The staff was very professional and nice. We enjoyed a room upgrade which made out 4 night stay so enjoyable. Our massages were also very good. We can’t wait to go back.

We booked a Superior Pool Suite which upon checkin we were upgraded to the Grand Pool Suite. The rooms were large, nicely decorated and overlooked the pool. Infact you could walk into the pool from the building. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went over and above thier call of duty. The kitchens had closed by the time we arrived, so we hadn't eaten anything. The staff very kindly had sandwiches made for us. When we did the sunrise Angkor Wat tour, we even had a take away breakfast at 4.30am waiting for us. The only small suggestion I would make is include more vegetarian / vegan food selections in the breakfast and on the menu.
