AMAZING! This is my 3rd stay and I love it every time. Only down side this time was the construction right outside the hotel

This hotel is a little gem. Very private and easy access to the stores and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and the overall staff is very friendly and helpful but specially Rosario at the front desk.

Lights weren’t working and no maintenance on site to fix

When we arrived, they said the room type i reserved on Expedia (two double beds) was sold out! It was 10:15pm and my two boys ages 15 & 13 had school the next morning. We didn’t have time to wait for them to make up a sofa bed. It was very disappointing.

Wow! This is one of the nicest hotels that I’ve stayed at not just in Miami, but period! Everything from the check-in, valet, continental breakfast, room, and amenities were all exceptional. Next time we are in Miami, this is definitely where we will stay again.

Room floor was dirty. Hotel didnt have a restaruant or provided options for food or drink. No entertainment at all.

Very welcoming check-in that made the vacation start right there: a bottle wine, a wine opener to keep, friendly faces! Detail on how to use the elevator and the complimentary breakfast. The room was beautiful: beautifully appointed with a balcony to sit out. While we didn't see the canal, we saw Miami and its light in the distance. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping and the beach. Loved it!

Já fiquei hospedado 3 vezes neste hotel, gosto da localização e tamanho do quarto, porém já está na hora de algumas melhorias. A cama esta extremamente mole precisando de um colçhão novo. o Ar não sei porque para a noite ficando quente o quarto (estava com 3 quartos, todos assim). O Hotel cobra taxa de resort mas não oferece quase nada por isso. Do resto ok.

Despicable customer service.

I try very hard not to write negative reviews about hotels, in 30 years of extensive travel this is only my 3rd time. I try to deal with the staff and then the management to try to have issued resolved but this hotels had poor communication, especially from any supervisors on management! We stayed in a beautiful room but had a great deal of trouble getting into it. Took them for ever to prepare the room and made us wait until 5 mins before 4pm before they would check us in even though we spoke to a "supervisor" who assured us they would arrange an earlier check in so we could meet friends in Fort Lauderdale. We missed that meeting! We struggled with the cleanliness of the pool and spa, had a hard time getting towels for the pool and worst of all at 11pm when we wanted to crawl into bed we noticed the sheets were filthy! Dirt on the sheets and lots of dust/debris where your feet go and someone else's hair all over the bedding! We of course immediately called the front desk and no answer, we called for 10 minutes straight with no answer, finally I go dressed and went to the lobby and of course nobody around. After walking around looking for someone with no luck I gave up and went back to our room where we had to sleep fully clothed on the top of bed. Poor, customer service and issues with front desk staff from the moment we arrived. I called the manager and left 3 messages with No response. Even called the Grand Beach head office and send 2 emails also with NO response

Love the breakfast each morning, and the staff is very helpful and friendly! Most notably Marco at the front desk and Carlos the valet!

Hotel agradável, equipe simpática e eficiente, acomodações adequadas, localização boa, lugar tranquilo, vista para canal muito bonita. Café da manhã simples porém muito bom. Gostei de me hospedar lá, voltaria provavelmente
