Most of the staffs could not speak English, the restaurant hospitality was awful everything slow especially during lunch time, you need to wait around 45 mins to get your food served. I asked the receptionist to arranged my boat and she told me, leave 8.45 am. At 8.30 am I am finishing my breakfast she told me I need to go now because one couple is ready to go. However, I haven't finished my breakfast, and I need to wait for my ferry for 20 mins. (Same like that couple) Can you imagine? They the one told you 8.45am and not letting you finish your meals? And the pool was packed from another people from another place, they just come for Happy hour. I thought I paid for relaxation and calm however To spend $113/Night with bad hospitality not worth at all.
