Very good. I couldn't find my hair dryer. Breakfast is very good. It was twice as good as the $12 breakfast I had in France.

Noise literally penetrates the door. Bed was not clean. Breakfatlst is good.

It was one of the worst accommodations in terms of noise insulation. Its greatest thing was breakfast.

하루종일 방에서 쇠냄세가 나고 화장실이 굉장히 더럽습니다. 근처에 셜록홈즈기념관이 있어서 갔는데 어느 동양인이 기념품을 사고 나가자 "동양인들은 정말 더럽고 거지들이다."라고 말하더군요 박물관 티켓과 기념품 구입하는 사람들의 대부분이 동양인이고 동양인을 상대로 장사하면서 비하하는 발언을 하면서 비웃는데 구입할 때는 땡규하면서 웃지만 뒤돌아서는 인종차별을 당할 수 있는 곳이니 참고하세요

Very nice place to stay.

I booked this room because it was cheap, for London. The location is good, an easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants etc. But it's old, dated and pretty run down. It was not very clean and the shared shower was so dirty I couldn't even go in (smelled terrible, lots of mildew, piles of hair on the floor). And the water from the tap in the room wasn't even potable. The shared bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it with a sink too small to even wash your hands. Definitely would NOT recommend staying here.

Check out time is 10:30AM, and they started to drive me out my room at 10:35AM. I understand they need to clean the rooms, but couldn’t they start from other rooms? Is it really the case that they have to clean my room immediately after the check out time? I admit that I should have checked out before 10:30, but I was exhausted and sick, so I was hoping they could show a little bit of understanding. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly, but their manager was terrible—despite me still packing my luggage and the cleaning staff’s sympathy towards me and their unwillingness to enter my room, she forced her entire cleaning team into my room. I have never been treated like this anywhere before.

Ausstattung ausreichend, ein zweites kleines Handtuch wäre schön, um z.B. Haare Waschen bzw. das Trocknen hinterher zu erleichtern, Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker.

Great place to rest travelling on a budget

Quizá le hace falta una remodelación a los cuartos, sin embargo, todo estaba súper limpio y funcional, igualmente amplio y cómodo. El desayuno muy completo, nos encantó. La ubicación perfecta para moverte a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Definitivamente volvería

die zimmer waren immer Sauber, das frühstück war auch sehr lecker und preislich einfach top! und mega angebunden an die Öffis! schade das es jetzt schon für nächstes jahr ausgebucht ist
