The staff was exceptional!

Very nice hotel in a great location. A very limited as far as restaurant, but there are a few restaurants in a short walking distance. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Only negative was the bed. It was so hard that I barely got any sleep.

The staff especially Elisabeth was awesome. So helpful and sweet. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only problem was that we couldn’t walk very easily to anything. If you come and have a car to get around in I highly recommend the hotel!!!

I loved everything except the cleanliness of the floors. It does not seem they clean the floors after every visit.

Great place great location

The property is very fresh and new. I love the contemporary vibes.This hotel was perfect because we could walk to and from Raymond James stadium after our concert. Love Love the wall to wall bench in the room. This kept everything organized and clean. I gave it a five rating because it had everything that I like in a hotel; clean rooms, clean bathroom, comfy bed, bathroom space, safety, and breakfast. However, for the price I think breakfast could be complimentary and $15 for a beverage is ridiculous!

Pro's nice modern clean alot of amenities can walk to Raymond James stadium. Con's expensive , wedged in between alot of other structures so hard to navigate enter/exit. Staff seemed overwhelmed when busy but polite. *** Use your shuttle bus for guests to go to stadium not only airport***

Cigar company playing loud music at the pool. Loud enough to go through whole room for 5 hours on Saturday night.

Professional staff, easy check in, which allow for a superior customer experience. Highly recommend this hotel!

Easy stay despite ongoing construction

The rooms were quite lovely and spacious, and the staff was friendly and super-responsive to my needs. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
