Where should I start All front office person thinks they are better class then customers never smile or greet customers once they see you coming pretend they are busy in computers and on my check out security person wants to know did we provide 5 star service, My answer was after 3 weeks staying I am moving to new hotel, He walk away and did not even bother to open door when I exit the hotel. Dirty carpet ,2 pieces of towel provided and some days one only. Water leaks When take shower it takes 3 days complains to fix the issue. It was not a draining issue water was leaking because the sealant was missing between glass and floor. After staying there for a week front office girl asked if the problem is fixed and said we are thinking to Paid for breakfast I ate there not more than 10 days out of 21 days, Hot food either cold or dry out sitting there for days, Dry breads. Coffee taste like drinking hot water Don't treat customers like they are garbage. Customers are the one providing yours pay. Overall, it was the worse hotel I stay, I sent E mail to management no one either bother to response or call. Shame

Das Hotel ist sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. Überall hängt der Putz von den Decken, die Teppiche sind überall dreckig. Das gesamte Hotel stinkt total modrig - inklusive der Zimmer! Wir haben, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren über eine Stunde auf unseren Kaffee am Pool gewartet. Obwohl wir am Pool lagen wurde plötzlich neben uns begonnen, der Putz von den Wänden zu klopfen und das Holz neu zu streichen. Die Dame am Empfang hat eine Gebühr von uns verlangt, um ein Taxi zu rufen! Wir kamen bereits morgens an und mussten dann Geld zahlen, um früher aufs Zimmer zu können. Zusätzlich mussten wir dann aber auch noch das Frühstück (Buffet) bezahlen - also doppelte Kosten, habe ich so in noch keinem Hotel erlebt! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist dafür aber gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Souq in Al Wakrah. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher weggenommen und keine neuen gebracht. Alles in allem ein schreckliches Hotel mit furchtbarem Service - NICHT zu empfehlen!

Staffs are polite, courteous and helpful. The hotel is quiet and very clean.Enjoyed the Sauna which was complimentary and every dinne out souk al waqif by the beach and under the moon.

Air conditioner gave me a chest infection. Widows could not be opened.

HELLO, my stay was very nice,i found staff personnel very attentive and helpful. the breakfast is good, omelette is good taste and fast to serve. i strongly recommend this hotel and i will book it next time i come in AL WAKRAH

Pleasant hotel

We loved the staff and accommodations!

My Expedia booking was canceled without notice so I had to wait for 1.5 hours at 4 a.m. to get another room. Room wasn't clean enough. Room quality is average. Never enough towels. Staff service isn't good.

Overall nice and clean. Good complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff, both reception and security personnel. A nice place to stay at a very very affordable price. I say this sincerely as I have travelled and hotels across Europe, Indi and US. It is a cheap hotel with all class amenities.

Decent hotel but off the beaten path in a desolate area. No attractions nearby other than a 10-15 min walk to the old Wakrah souk. In hindsight I should have rented a hotel on the corniche or in the Bay Area.
