Very nice rooms, great staff

The staff was pretty good except for one sarcastic waitress. A hotel's staff is only as good as its weakest link and why would the most expensive hotel in town employ someone unable or unwilling to work with all types of guests?

Really nice room, restaurant, and area around the hotel. 10/10 - will stay there again.

River view, close easy parking, easy to find

We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s been a great experience both times. The rooms are clean, as is the rest of the hotel, and the staff is friendly and professional too. I recommend getting a room with the river view!

The room was clean, the property is very modern and elegant. However we had requested a river view, and we got an alley view with notification. The windows of the building across the alley were so close that we kept our windows closed the whole time. We didn’t feel comfortable with having strangers look into our window. Plus, the view was very unpleasant. I really was looking forward to the river view, and just wish we would have been informed. I would stay here again but ai would not pay extra for the river view

Walked into room and found a dirty hairbrush within the bathroom. Not ideal when paying $250+ dollars a night.

This is a charming hotel right on the Mississippi River. This beautifully decorated, clean, bright hotel is staffed by pleasant and helpful staff. We loved walking around the area seeing fun bars and restaurants, cute shops, and the largest watermelon. The food at their restaurant was priced well and delicious. We highly recommend!!

The Riverview room is worth the extra money! The hotel was more than wonderful, clean, beautiful facility. We were impressed.

Extremely clean and up to date every one was pleasant and helpful! Decided to try the restaurant was okay definitely not worth the money!! Bed was a extra firm wasn’t a fan!

Beautiful

Stayed over on Christmas Eve. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Had family and friends meet me for afternoons cocktails, and a staff member took great care of us. Quiet overnight with view of the river. Checked out early Christmas morning - quick and easy.
