정말 만족스러운 숙박이었어요! 지하철역과 가까워서 좋았고, 주변에 맛집도 많았어요. 16층에 있는 온천탕도 최고였어요. 강력 추천합니다!

이 호텔은 요마노테선 근처에 위치하여 교통이 편리하고, 신주쿠보다 조용하며, 가격도 지나치게 비싸지 않아 가성비가 좋습니다. - 로비가 15층에 있어 특이했는데, 저는 고층에 로비가 있는 호텔에 익숙하지 않았습니다. - 키 카드가 필요하지만, 객실로 가려면 엘리베이터를 먼저 이용해야 합니다. - 지하에 슈퍼마켓과 로손 편의점이 있습니다. - 프런트 직원들은 친절하고, 체크인/체크아웃 직원은 영어를 잘합니다. - 객실과 호텔 전체가 매우 깨끗합니다. 객실은 좁지 않고 넉넉해서 캐리어를 펼치기에도 편리합니다. 욕실도 넓고 다리미와 각종 편의용품이 구비되어 있습니다. - 객실에 들어가기 전에 편의용품을 미리 가져갈 수 있습니다. - 체크인/체크아웃 전에 짐을 맡길 수 있습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

호텔에서 고탄다 기차역까지 단 4분 거리인 야마노테 선 범위 내 기차역에서 매우 가까운 쾌적한 호텔입니다. 객실은 어디에서나 꽤 넓고 접근이 용이하며 호텔 근처에 커피를 즐길 수 있는 작은 세종 카페가 있습니다. 또 도쿄에 가면 여기 묵을거에요👍🏻

위치가 좋습니다(JR역과 지하철역에서 도보로 이동 가능). 레미 백화점과도 가까워요. 밤에 먹고 마실 곳을 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 객실도 좋고 모든 것이 편안했습니다. 스파와 사우나도 좋았습니다. 도쿄에 다시 방문하면 다시 묵을 생각입니다.

Very good hotel, good location close to Gotanda JR. There is an elevator in the store name Remy which link to jr station (on the 4th floor). It's very comfortable. The onsen is good. The breakfast is delicious. Staff is nice.

Kamar bagus, cukup luas untuk ukuran jepang. Hanya saja, receptionist tidak terlalu fasih dalam bahasa inggris

Very clean, good location. Many good restaurant around the hotel. There is big supermarket. I am sure will stay again I this hotel for my next trip to tokyo. I really enjoy stay in this hotel.

Room was spacious enough for two people and the view from the 15th floor was awesome! The spa/public bath experience was a wonderful bonus!

The location was amazing!! There’s a huge supermarket less than 5 mins walk with large selections of food, fruits, and your grocery souvenir needs! The supermarket is also located within a mall with Muji and cosmetic stores as well. The JR/subway station is also located there. The Public bathhouse is great! Super relaxing after a long day of walking and shopping. The rooms are as pictured, clean, comfy, and very new. The only issue we had is perhaps with their service staff. They weren’t as friendly as other typical Japanese hotels, especially their supervisor on site. There was quite a few misunderstandings about our extension of stay as well as our luggage. But other than that, the other service staff always tried to be helpful, but perhaps they were scared of their supervisor. The hotel also has 2 coin operated washing machines, but it’s always always crowded! We had to do our laundry at 4 am because it was always in use! Even at 4 am the other machine was still in use! But as Mitsui is famous for their bath house, I would still highly recommend this place. Everything about the stay was still perfect for me. Highly recommended!

View from lobby is very nice. The hotel is close to Gotanda station of Yamanote line that is 3 stops from Shibuya station. Lawsons is located in the first floor of the hotel. and hot spring is very good relax place. Finally, we will come back to this hotel next time.
