최고의 첫 겨울 경험!!!나무에 있는 둥지 덕분에 😘 직원들은 매우 친절하고, 친절하고, 도움이 되며, 영어도 유창하게 구사합니다.직원 대부분이 호주인이라 의사소통에 문제가 없습니다.하지만 겨울에만 일하는지, 아니면 일년 내내 일하는지는 잘 모르겠습니다.호텔 객실은 Tha Best로, 거대한 창문으로 요테이산이 보이고, 창문을 열고 닫으면 눈이 직접 내리는 것을 느낄 수 있습니다.방은 꽤 크고, 침대는 실용적이고, 히터도 좋고, 샴푸와 바디워시도 아주 좋습니다(일반 호텔과 달리).인터넷 연결이 가능한 4K TV도 있어서 YouTube나 Netflix로 전환할 수도 있습니다.이 호텔의 온천은 정말 최고였습니다!깨끗하고 넓으며, 야외 온천은 제가 항상 가고 싶은 곳입니다. 온천에 혼자 있는 시간이 대부분인데, 사람도 별로 없어서 마치 개인 온천 같은 느낌이 들어요 😂 저와 아내는 눈밭을 처음 경험해 봤는데, 정말 엄청나게 넓은 눈밭이 있고 가루가 엄청 많아요. 마지막으로, 체크아웃하고 쿠첸역까지 어떻게 가야 할지 또 정신없을 줄 알았는데, 차가 있어서 무료로 태워주더라고요. 시설과 서비스를 고려하면 1박에 310달러면 정말 가치 있는 가격이에요. 제 개인적인 리뷰로는 10/10점이에요.

Small hotel but full of quality. It’s very clean, nice staff, delicious breakfast, free washing machine & dryer, out door & indoor onsen. It’s the best If you like relaxing and peaceful. The hotel is not near the community but not very far, suitable for people with a car.

It was a great stay. Facilities, people and services were of a very good standard. I would go back to Nest at the Trees again.

I traveled with my family. The room is very comfortable, large, and peaceful. We could see the mountain from the windows, from living room and bathroom. Also, the laundry is just in front of our room, very easy to wash some clothes. The onsen is very good too. Staff are very friendly and lovely.

We booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. The rooms are warm and spacious. They provide big cupboard for us to put our jackets, boots, and everything to keep the room looks neat. If we stay here we don’t need to bring lots of clothes because the hotel provide shared washing machine and dryer. And also they provide two warm and nice sleep ware for every room. The location of this hotel is not around the ‘city’ but they provide a very good transport service every hour and it’s free! What make our trip memorable was the amazing support and assistance from the front desk staffs who always ready to give us information about everything we need such as, good restaurants, ski rental, airport transport, transport to other city. What they did was just like erasing all worries we had because this is our first ski trip to niseko. We felt like home. But one thing we didn’t expect was house keeping didn’t do their job very well. And the WiFi only worked well at the first night. They provide the same menu everyday for breakfast, not much variety, such as eggs, hash brown, rice, sausage, cereal, juices and milk. Its enough to make us ready for the day.
