안전하고 친절해요! 조식도 훌륭하고 무엇보다 도보로 여행 스팟을 갈 수 있어서 좋아요! 추천합니다

넓고 정돈되어있긴 하지만 숙소에서 개미가 나온적 있고, 화장실은 샤워실 분리가 커튼으로 되어있어서 샤워 다하고 나오면 커튼 흠뻑 젖어있음. 약간 비위생적임. 엘리베이터 문이 열리면 바로 방이 나오는 신기하고 편한 구조이지만, 새벽6시에 엘리베이터 문이 열린 경험이 있음. 금방 문을 닫고 올라가는 걸 봐서는 잘못 도착한 것 같지만 순간 공포를 느낌. 가이아 지역에 있어서 모루정원과 가까운 건 좋았음.

정말 깔끔하고 맛있는 조식 그리고 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 짧지만 인상 깊은 숙박이었습니다. 다음에 또 포르투를 방문할 기회가 생긴다면 고민 없이 이 곳에 또 머물고 싶습니다.

위치가 다리 건너라 주변에 와인너리가 많고 조용하고 마트가 멀어요. 하지만 숙소 시설은 정말 좋습니다. 바로 밑에 카페도 있어서 요리 안하시면 브런치를 즐기기 좋습니다

완벽... 하려다가... 하룻밤 방 청소도 안해주시고 수건도 교체해주시지 않았습니다. 체크아웃날은 리셉션에 출근도 안하시고.. 뭔가 급한일이 있으셨겠지요. 약간 상한마음을 상쇄시킬만한 맛있는 커피와 갓 구운 크로와상, 최고의 요거트와 버터.. 때문에 좋은 기억갖고 떠났습니다.

The apartment is very nice, with excellent AC's for the main room and the sleeping area with a proper bed, It has a well‑equipped quality kitchen and a perfect shower. All is made up with quality items. No water on the flor and very modern and nice. The location in Gaia’s old port area is fantastic, lively and just a short walk across the bridge to Porto. However, the sofa bed was made up incorrectly by the staff despite clear instructions on the wall, leaving a hard edge in the back. We had to remake it in the middle of the night, and the sleep quality in the sofa bed was so poor that the apartment can’t realistically be considered to have four proper sleeping places. Be aware that breakfast isn’t served before 8:30, making it impossible to catch even a late‑morning flight — ours was at 10:45 (maybe I missed that when booking). We received a nice breakfast basket, but not the proper breakfast we paid extra for. Travel times are also inaccurate: the airport trip is closer to 35 minutes, and the nearby parking garage with at a 5 minute walk distance takes about 10 minutes to exit, with payment required on the 8th floor before you can exit the garage on the 9th flor. If not for the sofa bed I would rate it higher.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant to deal with. They were very accommodating and the place was in good shape and looked like the pictures. The staff here are lovely and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx
