Nice room. Clean bathroom but sadly the butt cleaner doesn't have any spout to aim. Clean bed and comfy mattress but maybe a challenge for somebody taller than 175 cm as the ceiling of the bedroom is very low. Good that they have a washing machine but it's a bit let down that they don't provide detergent.

Enak banget kamarnya, cuma deposit memang cukup besar 300RM. LRT langsung ada dr hotel, kemana-mana gampang. Makasih :)

두 번이나 여기에 묵었는데, 숙소가 LRT 역과 너무 가까워서 정말 좋았어요.

Tempat beli makanan jauh. Selang buat siram air kecilnya sedikit keluar airnya. TVnya tidak bisa di nikmati. karena tidak bisa caranya. Kurang cerminnya cuma satu di kamar mandi. Yang lain so far so good.

There is a cleaning fee that you have to pay at the end of the stay that they did not mention at all. Room was clean, though

The room is spacious. The entire whole view was really awesome. But something that quite unsatisfied was that the parking is not free. Yet to be paid. The selection for free parking hotel in the hotel selection should be unticked for this room. The cleaner also is not free. RM70 for it. But I am glad the LRT Bangsar is in front of the hotel. It is really helpful for some family that need public transportation

It seems the unit is being operated by an agency called plush services who charges additional rm 70 for cleaning and rm 15 parking fee per day which is made known only after the online payment is made. Feel shortchange as booked for a 2 room apartment but only got a studio one bed room.

Lokasi strategis dekat dengan KL sentral, tempat bagus, nyaman, bersih, rekomendasi banget buat liburan keluarga ataupun liburan bersama teman. Fasilitas kamar lengkap. Namun sayang kita tidak sempat memanfaatkan fasilitasnya seperti mesin cuci, kompor dan lain-lainnya.

Fasilitas oke banget, kamar bersih, view-nya bagus dan paling penting lokasinya dekat dengan LRT bangsar jadi kemana-mana enak, pelayanan juga ramah.

I was asked via whatsapp about my arrival time and I mentioned 2pm since the booking confirmation also said 2pm. When we arrived at 2pm, I messaged to say that I had arrived but was told that the room was not ready and that it would be ready at 3pm. We had come from outstation and needed to freshen up. So I asked what was I going to do for an hour and the response was "ok I will ask my cleaner to get you and check in to the dirty unit?" The response was appalling to say the least. Then I asked to for the key card for the car park and was told someone would come. After 10 minutes the cleaner arrived with the keycard for the car park. We waited around until 3.10pm and we were given the key. I also whatsapp the office to say that the aircon was not working well and that it was not cold. I sent a picture to show that the red light was on. But no one came to look at it or repair. Also the aicon was not powerful enough to cool the upper part of the house so it was hot in the bedroom. We couldn't sleep on the couch as well as the couch was not attached properly and kept moving about. So all in it was not a pleasant stay. Yudi was very nice and tried his level best to diffuse the situation. He deserves a raise! As for your rude office on the whatsapp, you should know what to do.

Super clean apartment, nice view although abit disturbing if you see the right handside view. Comfortable, fully furnished with washer and dryer provided. Kitchen is excellent, although I may not cook. Everything as per advertised. Ceiling abit low at the loft, be careful for tall person. Access to lrt is just at the side of the building. Very convenient. Free access internet and Netflix too.. Overall satisfied with our stay, but just need to be informed by the management about the cleaning fee charged. We'll stay here again next time. Thank you for accommodating.

Kamar bersih, nyaman, cukup untuk satu keluarga. Fasilitas mesin cuci, TV, WiFi top banget.

Saya cukup lama menunggu saat check in lumayan aga ribet, tapi sangat tidak menyangka bisa menginap di hotel yang menurut saya sangat bagus fasilitasnya, kolam renang yang terletak dilantai atas bisa melihat pemandangan kuala lumpur, pelayan ramah, kamar bagus sekali fasilitas sangat lengkap, hanya saja tidak ada pemberitahuan bahwa saya dikenakan biaya kebersihan yang lumayan mahal yaitu sekitar 70 ringgit , tempat dekat dengan stasiun MRT dan supermarket , mungkin sebaiknya tidak ada biaya tambahan untuk kebersihan atau sebaiknya ditulis keterangannya terlebih dahulu.

The apartment is very clean and family friendly. They also provided laundry machine, which is very convenient for my family. The management and host are also very friendly and convenient. The only downside is you have to pay deposit before staying, I wish the lowered the deposit amount.

Tiba di apartment sudah malam tempatnya bagus luas. 5 orang anggota keluarga cukuplah. Kebersihan oke. lokasi strategis dekat MRT. Sayangnya hanya booking 1 hari. mau diperpanjang tidak busuh. Sudah ada yang booking.

It is an amazing location with a great price! I would definitely stay here again. Loves the place. Super hip and trendy.
